Wonder if anyone will try to make a 1/4 scale custom BW? Not even sure how that would be possible though. They don't have 1/4 scale bodies like True Types for sale, right? Would be interesting.

yup.
I worked out that is was only going to cost me marginally more than ordering from EB. Well until I added EMS shipping ontop, that is...
Batman in a day or so, Joker next week.

You know, I think with the right artist, it's doable. 1/4 scale canvas is big enough to add so much more minute details. Imagine that Adam sculpt in 1/4?

But where would you get a 1/4 scale body!? I doubt people would want to purchase a mainstream 1/4 scale figure just to use the body for a custom.

Wait for Hot Toys to make it. They have more resources to do it. I mean I don't think 1/4 bashing will pick up anytime soon but there's clearly a good reason for some people to do custom 1/4 BW's right now as official EB head is not up to par IMO. HT can still be saved if they get rid of the goofy oogly eyes and retain the frail and focused DX12 look.
Void, I never thought I would say this, but lately I've actually been starting to get a negative vibe from you.
Yeah, especially for this EB. It seems like theres always something thats wrong with every single Batman figure no matter how perfect it may look to some.
I care bout accuracy, but theres a limit to it. As this is just 1/4 scale, not 1/1 scale. Plus theres no guarantee that there isnt a few type of crotch length that were used in the movie.
I seriously doubt Bale would be able to do this:
if he wore those short crotch rubber pants that were shown in the promo pics.
Retanee, please take a photo of your Batman squatting. If it cant squat like the above pic, that means its not movie accurate.

I actually prefer the enterbay Bruce Wayne sculpt to the hot toys 1/4 sculpt but definitely not like this.
take off the rubber body on this one, and use the inner body. Use the Joker normal hands. And use the bare feet that come with T800 exclusive since theres no 1/4 wing tips yet. (or maybe there is, considering theres quite a lot of BJD clothing and foot wear)

Batman good. Joker not. If the last Joker had been the HT V1 I'd be happy with that effort from Enterbay.
Retaane, if at all possible, please refrain from using flash.
It has a tendency to wash out colors.
I think having lamp light or something can truly do better justice to the images.
Sorry, if being picky...just a suggestion as sometimes, flash can give a different interpretation of images.
If you're limited by the camera, that's fine. But if all possible, no flash please.
