Thank you my friend! And best wishes to you with your purchase! I hope you will get your as fast as possible! :duff
I'm most interested in the Joker at the moment. Still thinking if I really need two 1/4 Bale-Bats (I'm getting HT 1/4 for sure).

Please tell me you will get the Batman too, because I want to see what my options are for the poses :lol

The face/cowl are seriously well done- closer to the movie outfit than HT's attempt. Very impressive. Look for HT to strike back with a BB OC Batman 2.0 next year.....

Wont surprise me if they do Joker and OC next. They'll prolly use the loophole and get a Batman Begins license instead, since EB have already secured the TDK license rights.

But, I doubt they will be significantly better than this. They might outdo the Joker, but theres no way they can improve the OC suit any further.

They'll just give him PERS, which I know some people dont like.:lol

Damn it. I can see myself breaking and ordering this off evilbay. It really is incredible.

Yeah just too good- I'm waiting for EB to offer direct so I get goodies but one HK dealer on Ebay is offering goodies, too, so must be included in initial run however long that lasts...

I think that I may just swallow my pride. I've got to say that the thing that impresses me the most about this figure is that, for once, it's Batman that's selling me on Batman. Normally, it's the Wayne sculpt, accessories, etc. that sell me on a figure, but here, it's the figure itself. Very impressed.

If you want the best price, just wait for the Enterbay/BBTS shipments.

If you're looking to get it off eBay, they charge you extra because it's to cover paypal fees and extra shipping fees.

Regarding the whole HT "Patent Pending" thing with the removable mouth swapping plates: That's simply a warning to other companies that HT is in the process of acquiring a patent on that tech.

Can other companies (like EB for example) duplicate that tech right now with no consequences? Absolutely.

Will those companies be absolutely ____ed if and when HT actually get their patent approved? Absolutely.

Not only will they be liable for monetary damages BEFORE HT actually got their patent (that's why there's a "Patent Pending" warning) but they could also have all their remaining product stock that infringes on HT's patent seized.

Sounds like EB is trying to get around this by not promoting their head sculpts with that feature so they can simply argue that the customers who bought their products did those mods on their own i.e. EB never intended for their product to be used in that way. :lol

Huge risk either way. We'll see what happens.

And also the most important thing, their profit:lol

Interesting insight and viewpoint. They could use that whole 'never intend for their product to be used that way' but no court is gonna buy into that bull____ :lol

Yep, also would be why they are including three separate cowl sculpts to cover their asses instead of just one cowl with three mouthpieces. They can say the faces were not meant to be removed and swapped but if the customers find a way to remove and swap them on their own....

Well like Natrix said..

But the eye positions are different on each cowl.

HT have the $ to burn, and you can bet they will use the best lawyer. Heck, they hired Kato, when EB couldn't even hire him :lol

That's is not true. There's more personal reasons to that. EB is just too cheap.

So techinically HT can sue EB's ass for copying the changeable faceplate even though they don't put the gimmick on their selling campaign?

Damn, if HT wins and makes EB stop their production of Batman, the currently released ones could end up being very rare and coveted, as the only ones with the interchange able faceplates.

I think it depends on how Hot Toys patent is defined. I mean many Japanese toys have swapable faces too.
