So far I've seen statues compared to shoes, TV's, and now cell phones. It's nothing if not entertaining. It doesn't make a lick of sense, but I do admire the devotion being shown.

Why is TV comparison crazy? You look at it. It gives a feeling of entertainment to your imagination and it cost a bunch of money. Many like to buy a BIG TV which cost mucho $$$. But in 3 years it's value will be much less. Even brand new in the stores. Then in 15 years if will be worthless. Hulk will be Hulk.

Sure it's a collectable. But let's be honest. It's value is in the eye of the beholder. Most people in the world would think you are crazy to spend even 400.00 on this Hulk statue.

This is an item you will have to hold onto for the long haul if it's an open ES. It may not be woth twice it amount in a year or two. Oh well.

I just don't get the logic of "I am going to buy this item. I sure as hell better be able to get my money back or sell it for a profit in a couple of years"

Yes it's cool to have something limited. But damn it's nice enough to just have something this cool.

Thing is is that even if the is a closed ES. Watch people here _____ if the number is to high. Some people are in this for the wrong reason.

There is also no way of knowing if this would keep or go up in value even if there was an ES. We can all be pretty sure it will but stanger things have happened.

Exactly my man. You got to buy what you like and because you want to display it. All this crap about "what if I need to sell it down the road" or crap like that is stupid. You might need to sell all kinds of things if you really it hard times but you shouldn't go into this think like that. I personally am not a big enough Hulk fan to pay $650 for this but that's the point. I would rather take the cash get a statue of a character I love but to keep it not try and sell it later. It's like art, me and the wife have some nice prints on the walls that cost a alot but I doubt we could ever sell them for even what we paid but who care we like them and they look great on display.

Buy if you want to keep it otherwise invest in the stock market.
