Let's have a Futz Fight-Off!

Seriously though, you can't be the Best Futzer and rely on a stand. The figure must feel like its standing on its own, you must feel the weight.

Sorry, King... dare you lose the stand?

Here are some quick hipstamatic pics. I stripped him naked and clipped most of the clear plastic backing off with mini scissors, nail clippers and some of my wife's beading tools. I heated the armor a little bit with a hair dryer and bent it a little. I might have been more aggressive with it but I didn't want to snap them in half. I quickly set him next to the Medi one and laughed out loud...the difference between the 2 is glaring. Might try and heat it some more over the weekend.

It didn't melt it or anything though, right? Just got it hot enough for you to bend?

I could have prob heated it more but I didn't want to ruin it. Might do it again this weekend when I have more time. Getting rid of that clear plastic backing is key though...it's like a bullet proof vest for him...it's going to make him look square unless you smooth it out.

My brother just got back from the RTX (Rooster Teeth Expo) in Austin, Texas and he took a picture of the Fett costume from Jedi.

Looks great, VASith. I'm inclined to think all you need to do is cut the plastic backing and you're set--no need to heat and bend.

Howsabout a side by side pic with the medi?
