I would be down for a lucious fox and a alfred maybee those can be next years toyfair exclusives.

This release does give me hope for an Alfred, but only a little. It's still a very heroic looking figure, and can be displayed in dynamic poses on a shelf. Alfred doesn't really put the "action" in "action figure." I'd buy one, but I'm a Batman-centric guy.

Anyway, this was a great surprise today and I can't wait to pre-order him. Much more excited about this than the new Batman (who isn't too different than my current DX), and I think the likeness is incredible.

Hot toys could save money and use cheap bodies on those two, because if you break a knee or a hip or something they could just say "we a make old men figure, and old men have brittle bone"

Nope. They limit themselves to one from each property. Last year it was Batsuit begins for DC, Secret Project Mark 4 for Marvel, and Shadow Predator as a third. This year it's Rescue Captain for Marvel, SWAT Gordon for DC, and Angelica for a third.

That's good. Pity they're not 1:1 scale, as some members here either clearly need them, or have no idea who the **** Gary Oldman actually is.

I think I found out where my second DX Joker is going... It looks incredible, and, even if there was a detective version available, I'd still buy both. This guy perfectly represents one of the most striking scenes in the film. I remember going to the midnight showing, and, for all of the great scenes in the film, this was the one that took the cake. The audience gasped when he was shot, and when the screen panned to him as he stood triumphant over The Joker, they literally roared with applause. This guy looks amazing, and, to be honest, it's a dream figure for me. I thought that the only way we'd ever see this version in an official capacity was if, by some miracle, we got a DX. I was in awe from the moment I learned what this was...

Yes. Each actor would have had to personally sign the likeness of them off, so if they're a little more flattering you know why.

It means they only sell a limited number, most of which are bought at the toy fair conventions in large quantities by people who then put them on ebay for three times their value making them incredibly hard to come by.

False. 2010 brought us two Batman exclusives from HT in the form of the Demon Batman and Scarecrow two-pack. To be honest, I'm still holding out for either a League of Shadows Ra's and Bruce Two-Pack, or an Ice Battle Two-Pack.

But that was literally over 2 years ago. They only came bundled together, and there wasn't even a third figure. HT have come a long ways in terms of franchise lines, etc. I'm calling it now... next year we're getting one marvel, one dc, and one other license.

I wouldn't count out a LoS Bruce Wayne and Ra's Two Pack or a training on Ice Bruce Wayne and Ra's Two Pack.

Pipe dreams perhaps but HT would know those figures would sell like hot cakes.

Should have deep wrinkles around his mouth

EB aced with their TLJ sculpt, got every damn spec off him.

Here's hoping this sculpt will be get refined in time.
