I'm going totry my damndest to get the regular Kong today. I'd appreciate any help from anyone today! This is a grail print for me, and I want to frame it right away and put it next to Jurassic Park

Mondo said they will be releasing more in the future so I'm guessing they just started with ROTK and will follow with the rest. I guess this means the hobbit is guaranteed now too.

I can definitely see Stout doing a montage of everyone, but I have a tough time seeing him beating Jerry V. Not saying I wouldn't try for one of course

Them getting LOTR scares the hell out of me.

I could see Sideshow selling variants of these which have typically been easier to get than ones only sold through Mondo.

I'm hoping I can score the Iron Giant print today... easily one of my favorite animated films

just heard about the HOrkey and LOTR RotK posters. Wasn't expecting that. Selling for $300+ on ebay already. I wich I knew about this earlier, I would have paid around $200, but not much higher.

I agree. It wouldn't be a bad thing if you can get these within a reasonable amount of time. The way they are doing it now is just pushing towards inevitable fallout. I plan on picking up some really expensive ones I missed when this happens. I'm okay with waiting a couple of years if that's what it takes, but this business model never lasts forever.

Decided to pass on Kong and Iron Giant and go for some Shaw pieces. Hope people got what they wanted.

The Kong was up for quite awhile... I liked them, but not enough to own. Just didn't do it for me overall like some other Kong artwork has.

Really like the Iron Giant though, so glad I got that one.

It was all unveiled during their MMMX last night. It was a secret up until then and unless you were in Austin you and everyone else had no chance of getting it. I don't know if there were any leftovers of the regular that will be put up for sale later. If I find out I'll let everyone know.
