I understand that it's his choice. However, giving it up to a boardie is the only way to go in my book. I'm not losing the NRD on such a hot statue. If he's new and doesn't have any friends on the forum, I can maybe understand. The thing is if you have a hard time picking who you are going to give it to....just treat it as first come, first served. Give it to the 1st person who PMs you. Easy enough and no one can say anything bad about you for that. There is no way, no how, I would cancel this piece and lose money. It just doesn't make ANY sense to me.

I have to say that if I wasn't able to work out a trade for the EX, I would secure one on the bay within the first 2 weeks of the release date. In the last week, the EX has had a hard time selling. No one is really buying. As more become available after the release date, I think anyone will be able to pick him up at a fair price if they move fast. After this becomes more harder to find in the aftermarket, all bets are off. Who knows what demand for this piece will do to the aftermarket price. I wouldn't risk it if you decide the EX is the only option for you.

I didn't understand his choice to eat the NRD when he could have sold it no problem but to each his own. They aren't selling on evilbay for what's being asked, granted that may change once in hand picks start rolling in. I'm more concerned about buying and then finding out there are QC issues. $600 shipped is my max. If I don't get one for that I'll move on.

There is no gamble on this piece. Eating a $38 NRD on the Skaar EX is just plain silly. People will offer you above retail for the piece. No need to eat a loss. This piece in particular, along with the Joker PF EX, is a flippers wet dream. No way anyone should cancel either of those pieces and lose money. At the very least, sell it to a board member for cost. You save the NRD and make a new best friend to whomever you sell it to. Win-Win in my book.
