I don't see why it's so difficult to understand a simple concept of:

90's CHI: MJ, Pippen, Rodman
Early 00's LA: Shaq, Kobe
Late 00's LA: Kobe, Pau (I'm not even mentioning having Odom and Bynum as well)

>

Early 00's SA: Admiral, TD
Later 00's SA:TD

Therefore, 5 hof > 2 hof

Is that simple enough for you? Both teams had their role players but obviously the deck is heavily stacked in PJ's favor. And if TP and/or Manu somehow make it to the hof, I may amend my feelings but until then, I seriously don't think they are hofs...

Ugh, fine you win. My hearts just not in this.

God please put this season out of its misery. This season has been a disaster from start to basically the finish.

Really we have a series on our hands. Now that's laughable...:lol

hmmm okay, Nuggets won by a decent amount tonight, next game is in denver. I don't get why all Lakers fans have this attitude of don't panic, no matter what, it's like you all live in a bubble. You would of thought last year was of taught you guys something but noop, still some how think the Lakers are invincible and going to the finals. I'll laugh my a@# off if the Nuggets tie it up.

Why do Lakers fans have to panic after one loss? If that's how you roll then more power to you but if you ask me it's a waste of time. There's nothing wrong with having confidence in the team you root for, last year was last year and has no bearing on what is happening now (funny how you keep saying as such when someone says something about last years Spurs but when it comes to others teams that doesn't seem to apply).

I think the bulls are a sinking ship at this point. bad as I hate to admit it

Losing Rose like that you can just see killed them emotionally and now Noah is hurt too. Just too many crap things at once.

experience my man. every year we're the most frustratingly inconsistent team in the league, and yet half the time we're in the finals. literally, it was 50% of the finals i believe, a couple years ago.....so seasoned laker fans know better than to follow the ups and downs as gospel.

its the same reason why i dont think bynum is the next wilt after a 10 block game, and the same reason im not panicking over losing a game in denver. hell, they could lose another game in denver and im not panicking. the series doesnt start until you lose on your home floor.

Here's to the Grizz taking game 3 today. I Hope !:duff

The Spurs are a better team this year, the Lakers are a worse team. Simple as that. Don't get me wrong, the Lakers will probably beat the Nuggets but I doubt they will see past the second round. Pretty sure they won't get past the Thunder, then again they may, neither team is very deep and basically has 2-3 good players.

Not worried. Maybe because I've seen some many series we won when things look grim. From the start I saw this going 6. Hard to win up there. We play our game for the most part we got this one no prob in the long run. Hey we lose two we get arrest back for the full okc run.

Remember last year Shannon brown was banging paus fiance. Therefore paus big let down postseason and our broken team chemistry. Shannon is gone. Pau is pack and so is our quest for yet another ring.

Arguable with the emergence of bynum being the best center in the game and the addition of a quick talented point. Post season you just need 7a to 8be deep. You should know this pal....

I bother not to respond, because unless you're a Lakers fan you'll never fully understand why we never react like most fans. Like you've already said we have more "experience" in this area than most other fans do...:wink1: We understand to stay cool under pressure because half of the time we're going to come out on top. One game is, one game. Nothing more, nothing less.

I do believe we are a different fan base even compared to Clippers fans. (Same city and arena)

You see yesterday the Clippers fans wearing the red out shirts. Even though they hand them out to the Lakers fans most of us don't wear them. We just don't wear them.

We're just cut from a different cloth than other fans around the world or same city. And I love it!
