I hate to see so many people be disappointed with this figure. I was looking forward to this figure more so than any recent release and I'm pretty sure I'm gonna pass now and instead just wait for a better release if it ever comes. I realize not everyone is disappointed, but there are quite a few who are. To me pictures don't lie, and I really just haven't seen that one in-hand picture that makes me want to pull the trigger.

I wondered because on the 8 forums of which I am a member/contributor (only 2 of which are directly BATMAN related, one being the '66 West/TV version of the character and the another of the '66 TV series car), this figure has been almost universally praised.

It feels like this figure came out 5 yrs ago.

That is why stay out of most of the threads like this. No point in pouring over every single picture posted. It ruins the enjoyment once you do get the figure in hand.

nope I'm in the right thread and I have read quite a few complaints on this figure and most of them to me seem like pretty legit gripes.

God is this true. The only reason I have been coming here is to keep up with release dates. I skip all pics and reviews until after I have the figure but even just coming here seems to do something to the experience I would have if I haven't come here.

I think with Bat and Jokes this will be the last time I pour over threads so much before I actually have the figure. The anticipation is half of the fun.

No offense to the people posting pics, but many of them, camera pics and pics with harsh flash lighting are just not doing this figure the justice it deserves. I've got Joker and Bats here in the office, having just taken out my Joker this morning, and he looks absolutely BRILLIANT. BRILLIANT!!!!

What pisses me off is why did the give him the same base as batman he should have had a joker themed base and for a dx he should have come with different facial expressions lke batman. Other than these little nitpicks looks like an amazing figure.

I'm actually doing the opposite, sort of. I wanna see what they do with this new Nicholson Joker coming out before I decide to get this one. Among other things, a base that employs something other than the bat symbol would be ideal.
