thats kind of my point, when 100+ start to show up then its a cause for concern. 7 is not. we have also been stuck on the report of about 7 cases for the past week. and sure yes not everyone has this in hand yet, but from those that do, we only got 7 cases who frequent this site. Im sure hundreds are in-hand right now from people. Its just we cant get everyone to post their results obviosuly.

and there couldn't have been thousands of DX02 with problems because i dont believe they made that many. But 89 Batman they definitely have made more.

Three different runs for the DX02. One to Asia, one to everybody else, and then another larger one through DC Direct. The last was important enough for HT to attempt a few half-assed fixes to the figure vs. ignore the problem like they did with the previous two runs of the DX02. Believe what you want, but it's wrong.

This is one of the few movies i cannot stop watching when i run across it on the tube. I have seen it atleast 50 times. Last week some channel was running a marathon, i watched it twice.

Getting back to the Batman. I have decided to keep my pre-order on this. Still waiting on BBTS.

If it leaks, it leaks. The figure is too good not to take the chance.

I've had one since early February. I have another on the way from SS. My figure Is still dry as a bone. I wouldn't say this is anything like the DX02 at least not yet. Problems aren't widespread and this is a very different type of rubber compared to the DX02. I don't doubt Rory's case, but he's the only one that has been on here consistently and kept us updated. Looking around other forums no one has reported anything.

I have 3 from Feb, and two from almost two weeks ago.

One with a tape issue.(fist one I opened from first shipment) Took off all tape and cleaned all five. No issue with tape anymore, and no oil.

people who had the dx02 had it for months in some cases a year before they leaked time bomb is what it is you dont know when it will hit but chances are it will...
