1/6th Scale Dewback

I ordered through AE but it's shipping through SS, so I should have it by Thursday... Yup, I cancelled my Batman stuff too, that's why I was able to order the Dewback. I'm all SW now.

Getting mine tomorrow as well, along with the Sandtrooper

But now i wish i had ordered two Sandtroopers

Congrats! Not 100% sure that tomorrow is THE day for me though... AE said it was to ship from SS yesterday and that they would forward me the tracking info today. Normally things take two days to get to me from SS, so we'll see.

I have three but I'm having a hard time choosing which one I'll put on the Dewback... Hell, I'm having a hard time figuring out where I'll put the Dewback itself!

I got the white "look sir, droids" EX, the new deluxe and the last was kinda bashed over the last three years.... I had a Marmit Stormtrooper that didn't go well with my other SS Stomies, so I bought a couple Sandtrooper specific parts from the first SS release and bashed a rider for a Hasbro Dewback I repainted:

Well, over time I kept buying SS parts from each release and kept swapping them out. That one is the one in the middle of this shot:

So yeah, no orange for me either.. I thought I'd be able to grab one cheap from Go Hastings at some point, but that never happened.

I hear ya about gohastings. Still holding out someone finds a batch of these things somewhere (like the gohastings $20 SW 1/6 they had not too long ago ).

You know, I really thought we'd see the prices drop on some of these Sandtroopers with all the various releases but that just hasn't happened.

Ah, the $20.00 Hastings blowouts.... I got Frodo, Sam and Bespin Luke for those low prices. Good thing too, with the HT DX coming I won't feel so bad putting Luke in my parts bin.

Hey Flosi.. there's always room for Dewback... You will love this.. Actually I never got into 1/6 scale, then I purchased this and a SS Sand Trooper... now I have 9 Hot Toys figures, and 6 on pre-order...LOL!

the box is huge, remember this lizard has been known to be ridden by small children.(true story....) ...........but it's not as heavy as it would look with it being hollow. but yea it's a beast of a box.

84 cm wide x47 cm high x34 cm deep. The thing is HUGE.

There's a couple of things wrong with mine. The base had some oil or something on it (don't know if Batman has been near it) and the nail on the back of the right foot on the back leg has the tip chipped off
The place i bought it from is sold out so i guess i can tell them about it and see if maybe i can get a small refund or something?
