"Call it sacrilegious but has anyone put a Battle Droid on the Dewback yet? "

Thats is just as bad, as seeing my daughter once initiate a play group with my 12 inch Darth Vader uncloaked in the Barbie Van spa bath with her naked Barbie dolls. I was horrified and laughing at the same time.
There is a reason why children shouldnt touch your collection

That would be an awesome shot! :lol

BTW I forgot to ask, is the Dewback displayable without its base? In the idea that you intend to make a bigger diorama.

Yes you can. It has a pin under one feet, but you could just rise the underground that it hides.

Thanks. The idea is that if I'll ever get the space for this huge but great collectible I'd like to make a dio to have all the 4 Sandies on it. And was thinking of maybe using some of my original Tunisian sand to make the dio.

Have mine on a shelf with one sandie riding, and 4 walking around the dewback.. Funny thing this is my only Star Wars 1/6 scale, for that matter my only 1/6 scale. I saw this in person at a local shop and it blew me away, I had to have ...:) It's a fantastic piece and display.. I'll post some pics of it soon.

:yess: So how much did you take back and how did you transport it? Inquiring minds want to know! :lecture

Hahahaha thanks Barryo...

It isnt for lack of power...my 10 month old little girl and a woman i call my wife have precedence ;)

Apologies for the pic heaviness too.I REALLY wanted to give a more detailed look to others who are on the fence about getting this.

I have over 50 Sideshow figures,a few Enviros....but THIS is most amazing.
Words cannot describe it,pics cannot do it justice.

IT MUST be seen with your own EYES!!

Kudos to Sideshow for having the balls to make this.

Besides its awesome detail and wow factor...2 things came to mind when looking at the saddle packs and the detailed skin of the Dewback..

1:Tauntaun
2: Chewbacca-sculpted fur or similiar to the saddle packs...IT CAN be done...and Sideshow have proved it ;)
