They are the Zionist Martian reptiles who pull the strings behind the American puppet Administration, staging terrorist acts and engaging in phony wars to drive up gas prices, and then statue prices. They will only go higher. This time next year we will be paying $500 for 1:4 scale.

Damn you Sideshow. No blood for toys!!!!!

Gee, I had no idea they were Martian...

It's awesome to see you guys finally ahead in gas prices. paid $3.96 per gallon last week here in hawaii.

Colorado has lower gas prices but its also not a fair comparison. Those high altitude areas regular gas is 85 Octane not 87 like most all other areas.

California's gas will always cost more until the nation adopts our stricter rules on cleaner burning fuel. There is basically two types of gas made, gas for California and the rest of the country. It will happen sooner or later, kind of like when you use to have CA emissions equipment that was special but now most all cars in the US are sold with it.

Those prices are insane and I feel sorry for anyone who pays $4 and up. We pay around $3.39 in my are. And I complain about that.

I never understood why the media puts all these people on the news _____ing about gas? Prices for everything go up and people go nuts over having to pay an additional $6 to fill their tank up. They act like it's going to be cause for them not putting food on the table and such.

Maybe cut back on the $5 starbucks and _____ about that? Or maybe go crazy about paying $50 to $60 to take your family to a movie? How about you quit smoking and quit buying booze?

You make a lot of good points. Cut back on extra luxuries if gas hurts that bad in your wallet.

I mean really a gallon of milk now costs $3.50 to $4.00. The same prices as the dreaded $3.75 gallon of gas. I don't see people on the news angered by the cost of their milk.

Count yourselves lucky.

Like Jesper said it's mental in Europe.

Here in the UK I'm paying £6.03 per gallon petrol...or approximately $9.35

Which is ludicrous.

If you want diesel then that's at £6.53 a gallon or $10.11

Paying for gas is completely different than purchasing coffee from Starbucks, taking a family to a movie, smoking, and drinking booze. You should realize that gas isn't a luxury for a lot of people (myself included). It affects the way of life for everybody.

America = "Entitlement" to a good bit of her citizens. :cuckoo:

Indeed. Instant gratification and entitlement. I work in Police/Security field and see it every day. Too many people demand what they want and want it now and for little or nothing. Me first, screw you mentality where you are right and everyone else is wrong. I see it on the road, at work, in the store and everywhere else.

That's what happens when no one tells you "no" or "wait your turn" and people get off the hook and aren't made to follow rules and laws or when people are in a store and are clearly wrong but are given their way when they make a big enough scene or fit about something.

Oh well. It's a world where consequences aren't really consequences anymore and people can get what they want if they are a big enough ass about it. Ongoing fight.

I think you are missing his point. He's saying that instead of buying that $5 coffee at Starbucks AND complaining about gas prices, cut out the luxury item that is that $5 coffee and put it in your gas tank.

Gas = Need
Coffee = Want

Need > Want

That's exactly what I'm saying. I'm positive that gas is pretty much needed by most people. That said, I'm sure people know they need gas. Hell some of these people are on the news filling up their new BMW's _____ing about gas prices. Seems silly to me.

This will be the first push to see you all driving electric cars.........running out of places to steal gas oil and petroleum......but saying that you could take a serious dump on there collective plans by riding a bike, but somehow i doubht it.

You have a point to a certain point, I do a LOT of driving everyday. There are some weeks that I use THREE tanks of gas, I drive a F-150, I have to carry materials to the job. Right now it's about $80 to fill up, but the problem is that in my line of work you cannot request pay raise to make up for the extra expense on gas, because the people that we work for will find someone else to do the work cheaper. When your monthly gas bill is higher than you rent, electric and water, it's a bit overwhelming and frustrating.

Hmm....I have to fill up 3x a week, but I'm not _____ing about the gas. The prices suck, but I can't exactly stop driving to work. Make appropriate cuts somewhere.

Priority should be getting to work in the first place. Work = money. Money allows you to pay for said gas to get to work. :rotfl
