Hi. I got mine off of eBay for a decent price compared to the over priced ones they sell there. Mine was a lil under 4 bills used in great condition as well as being a DCD batch with hard abs. No oil problems whatsoever. The seller has one more left he's selling for $380 used with free shipping if you're willing to pay that much. Dunno if he still has it so u might wanna check.

I am in bit of a doozey at the moment. I can get one shipped for $375 but the only thing putting me off is the price. Would you recommend it?

$375 is a good deal for a DX02, especially if it has the hard abs. Once u have it in possession, u gonna be shocked like a kid in a candy store. I read all the posts on your thread u have on here and posted some comments as well. If u think about it, look at the prices on the older versions of HT Batmans. They cost more than what u are willing to pay for a DX02. So my answer is YES. It's worth it. I was just like u desperately looking for a DX02 at a decent price and it took me 3 months just to find one at that price. It was well worth the wait. Buy what makes you happy is the one thing I tell myself.

I would say wait for the TDKR version. Likely to be about $220-$250 and should be far superior to DX02.

Who says anything about August? Even is specs go out then, he will have to wait for it to ship which would be end of the year.

I hope not. Hot Toys is going to launch the Bane figure before July 20th, so that means they are already working on TDKR, and besides Batman's costume is the same it was in TDK, so Hot Toys doesn't need to wait the movie to be released to get detailed pictures of Batman's suit. They only need to watch the movie to make the accesories.

I just got mine off ebay paid 700 for it new sealed in the box i love it feel like the instructions need to be better though

... why $700? I saw a few member here on the FS forum selling the DX02 for around $400..
