I was lucky enough to split the three pack so I could get the DIY Kitty and make the non-existant (not sure why?) comic accurate Kitty.

I dig those grass photos. I feel like I need to get some fake grass now.

awesome customs drizzle! Love em.

They are great. I may have to get the fake grass samples I have out of the garage for a play!
I'm sure if you search the net there will be a company that you can request samples from.

I was lucky enough to get a white and a red flocked Kitty...

... and a hatchery Kitty.

Would be swell if we'd get a 1/6 scale Ghost Bot one day.

Great Pics, The hatchery is really cool ! I also have it !

Congratzzzz! I'd agree, it is a great start, but, be sure that there will be new stuff coming even better or at least equally good. That is the catch with collecting ThreeA... there's always something more awesome coming up next!

I believe it was $250 shipped for regular customers, and something like $228 for the 3AA members. I'm sore 'cause it was a super deal considering how heavy the set is. It's now like $400 on the secondary market, so basically impossible for me to obtain now. Even if I won the lottery, I wouldn't want to pay those kinds of prices for something that just came out...

Anyhoo, there's a lot supposedly coming down the pipe already, but I suppose it's possible for a 1/12 version...it's mostly up to A.W....

Yup those prices are right. CRAZY price. It's basically a large solid resin mixed media statue. It's comparable in size and complexity to a lot of the 1/4 scale stuff Sideshow does. Their 1/4 scale statues are not solid resin and don't cost $250 (more like $350+) and don't include a full 1/6 scale figure and free shipping. The shipping alone, given that the box weighed over 20 lb., is no insignificant thing.

That's not to say I think Sideshow's products are overpriced. I really really don't. I am so sick of hearing people complain about how overpriced everything is when I really feel like it's more a complaint about not being able to afford something you want… but I digress. I am simply trying to put into perspective what a good deal it was. I am still shocked, particularly after having it in hand. It didn't seem like nearly as good a deal until I fully understood the size and detail of it.

I am 1000% with you. I just cannot pay 200% or more of the original retail for a new product, even if it's something I really really want.

I'm wishing I could afford a Blind Cowboy set now. Also, who knows how many colors of flocked Kitty there are? I would like all the flocked Kitties.
