The prices seem to have already increased a bit.
I'm the same about statues, good but not a patch on articulated figures, I like to feel that I somehow helped make it, even if it is just the posing

The silver box's edges were all damaged when I recieved mine!

Call me crazy, but when I got mine from BBTS they wrapped it in their standard black/smoked bubble wrap. The box wasn't damaged but the bubble wrap wore off the finish. Now it has this poka-dotted look to it. I was pretty pissed since it paid $400 plus for this thing and expected the shipping to protect it through and through .

Anyways I emailed BBTS and they sent a return label to send it back for an exchange, but I am reluctant to send it back since the figure is fine, no leg issues at all. For all I know, I could get one in return that has a gimp leg, loose shoulder and cross eyes.

Exactly, I am just going to hold on to the one I have. Nothing wrong with it, just the box being messed up is VERY irritating. I cannot express how angry I have the right to be, it would be like you ordering a brand new car, and having it delivered with oxidized paint. Wouldn't you expect some form of compensation?

You should have taken the extra $2 collector option. In that they seal the main box WITH a clear plastic pag and THEN use the bubble wrap

If you're like 90% of people then in a week you'll have forgotten about it. My DX04 box arrived with small tears along the opening edges and yeh, I'd rather they weren't there but... some things you just have to let go for your own enjoyment of the hobby.

I don't think I've ever had a 100% mint box. Mojomark I wouldn't risk sending It back especially as th figure is a good one!!

The places I go for collectibles in Oz,(casefresh.com and popcultcha.com.au) don't have it mate so it looks like you'd have to jump on ebay or get it direct thru EB.

EDIT: Whoop! Sold out at EB! Probly a long time ago too. ebay will have mad prices on these now.

same here! i got it from BBTS, and the box had what i though was wet fingerprints all over it. polka dot like u said. didn't think about the bubblewrap. i think i'll send mine back too, not so much because of the box, but because of the super loose right shoulder. tightening the screw didn't help enough. between that and the polka box i'll send it back

I got mine a few days ago. It's nice but the glasses were crooked on one side and he says that he's seen a few like that. He's supposed to contact EB to see if they can replace just the glasses.

I decided to keep mine, since I have no intentions of ever selling it. The box sucks yes, but at the same time it wont ever be on display with the figure.
