The rock on which the DCD MQ Batman stands is admittedly lame, but the rest of the statue is as good as the SSC Captain America. The DCD MQ Wonder Woman and Green Lantern are also very good. The DCD MQ Superman was downright awful.

That's not at all a certainty. The SSC Batman bust doesn't look all that much better than the DCD half scale bust. In fact, in some ways, the DCD bust is nicer. Specifically, it doesn't suffer from the too small eyes that the SSC bust does and the DCD bust has a much stronger jaw line which is more Batman-esque.

Me and others. Why not? Sure the artist made a statement that they're correct, but they still look funny in all the pictures. Until we see some images showing that the eyes don't look funny, it's crazy to state that everything is okay.

The jaw is smaller than it should be. Someone photoshopped the bust in the thread on the bust and gave it a wider jaw and large eyes and the bust looked twice as good.

The Batman face doesn't look that nice.. the lips look too bitter to me. The pose is unbeatable though!
 
Looks pretty good, but I'm still waiting for the 1:6 scale stuff. Looks like the emblem might be photoshopped on for the moment.
