Since I've been rewatching quite a few of my horror movies, I decided I needed to throw something "new" in the mix.

I haven't seen M since Criterion's DVD release, but the movie is a classic.

Lion King and too my surprise Beauty and the Beast on blu ray, I know they released a B and B blu-ray before, but now it's 3D and finally has a digital copy! whoo Hoo!

Also picked up Transformers DOTM, although maybe I should've have waited on that one, but I like blu-rays that have digital copies, so I caved.

I sold my entire DVD collection back in 09 after realizing I was not watching any films in my collection because I was waiting for their Blu-debut... So I bit the bullet and parted with every single one ( save for my copy of INLAND EMPIRE signed by David Lynch himself!). Since then, I've bought the Blu's I wanted as they've come out, and save for a few titles I'm not dying for (and a few Critetion titles that I save and buy in bulk when a 50% sale comes around) I've stayed pretty much ontop of it. Release day Tuesday's are certainly a high point to my week! This last one was a BIG one! I picked up:

THE LION KING (1 of Disneys very Best!)
PULP FICTION (Best film of 90's & in my Top 10 of all time!)
JACKIE BROWN (Underrated Tarantino)
SCREAM 4 (HUGE Scream fan & while this wasn't perfect, I was not disappointed!)
PEE-WEE'S BIG ADVENTURE (Brilliant Burton!!)
CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY ( less brilliant Burton, still fun)

And all for less than $115

I've contacted Criterion about some replacement cases and cover last month but i havnt gotten a reply yet. So i keep resending the same response but now asking if they might have a spare slipcover for Button.
