I had a question about the Medicom figures. I recently picked up two (one black background No.xx18, one purple No.x305) and I was wondering which of the two was the more difficult to find. I always see the black for sale on ebay but I could be wrong.
Shameless plug to my sale thread. I have a prop replica podium for Medicom and Jun Jack. It was made by someone who worked on the movie long ago.

I just bought the purple coffin one on ebay for $170 shipped.

. I'm hoping I can get one in the future for like $150. I remember when I was a kid, I had a Jack that was about the size of the medi version, so it would be cool to get one of these.
There's one buy disny out now that has a Sally counterpart that I've seen on eBay for $199 each. They're supposed to be exact replicas of the real deals just like the Medi versions except they don't have any accessories. Just 1 sculpt each and nothing else. I wish Medi would've made a Sally figure. There Oogie boogie looks great but it's just way too expensive IMO.
Not at all definitive but I thought the Neca Jack was pretty good. I always liked how they did his hands.

The NECA version is indeed a great figure. I had this version too, but it was too large for the collection so I ended up selling it. If people cant afford the Medicom version this is a great substitute!

Are there two Medicom versions? Saw two of them on the bay and one of the listing states it as 1924 pcs and the other as 1224 pcs. Any advice on which one should be considered?

As far as I know the only difference is the purple and black satin lining on the inside of the coffin. The figure (and heads) are the exact same.

i just got a medicom one with black coffin, 0776/1224 but got his right shoulder dislocated. 12 heads but a limping right arm. 
any ideas where to find a good replacement body?

Isn't there a way to fix it? Have you tried taking off the top clothes and checking out if it's broken or just came off. Even if it's broken, there should be a way to repair it. I don't think the Disney one will match.
