I finally got this yesterday! It is an impressive statue for sure, the details, layers and structure design of the sculpt are great. The pose, colours and details of Prime and the base all combine to make a statue that definitely stands out in my collection for sure and add to that the display options and I think this statue is a winner.
The battle damage is lame and overdone but my main complaint is the size of base - it is ridiculous. The footprint is massive, not helped by the angled slant on the sides with the symbols on it. Around 1/3rd of it isn't even used on one side of it. Basically it looks good but has no justification besides that for being that size.
The windscreen wipers are a joke!
Off to start work on an axe!

I like it and am happy for those that got it, but I really don't see how it's worth $1000+. No offense, but it looks marginally bigger than most PF's and there's plenty of PF's/maquettes/comiquettes that are detailed and jaw dropping. Great looking piece for a $500-600 price tag. No more though.
It really is! I do sort of agree with you over the price because i could have had Thor, Destroyer, Ultron PF for the price of this one. I'm happy though and that's all that matters at the end of the day.
By the way i'm still getting those 3 statues! Damn you SSC just take my bank account you bastards.
I'm always saying that's it now but it never is.
I just want optimus,joker,batman and Dutch for now. Then im happy
We'll see when you have them.
