Because he's a clone? He should sound just like his dad. I mean, it's not like Boba had much to say, anyway. This is one change that makes perfect sense, yet I don't understand why it bothers people.

Because Boba's original voice was so perfect. It was mechanical and mean and sounded great. The new voice makes him sound like a cab driver. And I know he is a clone but Anakin is the same person and sounds different. Also why couldn't he have a voice changer in his helmet... problem and stupid change fixed.

Really? You're comparing a clone sounding like the original person he was clone from to a guy who was severely injured and part machine not sounding like he did when he was 20?

I liked Lapti Nek because it sounded ALIEN. Jedi Rocks sounds like the kind of thing you would expect to hear at a theme park.

The only thing I don't like about Morrison doing the OT Fett voice is he sounds so bored...the original voice has great attitude.

Yeah Temuera's voice makes sense, but his voice isn't as gravelly and mean as the original guy.

The two things I remember thinking - "As you wish" used to have defiance/attitude, now it's just him sort of saying "okay" to Vader.

...and that kiwi accent - "He's no good to me deyt" and said as if he's buying a lobster or something.

I don't see why people prefer Lapti Nek, or Nub Nub either, they're both pretty stupid. I wouldn't mind them replacing all the Ewoks with something better either.

Might make their victory over the Stormies a bit easier to swallow, eh?

Bingo. Morrison should have been directed to read those lines with more snarl in his voice.

Some of the new dubbed lines in the ESB:SE really sanitized some great original deliveries.

Vader: "Alert my Star Destroyer to prepare for my arrival, and have my fuzzy slippers waiting on my shuttle."

Fett: "As you wish, good sir!"

Yeah, I'm beginning to think a lot of these rumored changes are just that...rumors. Time will tell, though.

People should be able to discuss the changes and most people that are the most critical are ones that LOVE the original trilogy but hate what unnecessary changes Lucas made. There are so many classics out there and Star Wars is about the only one that the director felt the need to not make better, but make worse.
