No, I passed. Q3 is already full and since I have the OC Bats, I don't need this one but it was tempting. I might pick up the Pred though, I haven't decided. Q3-Q1 2012 will be full of Marvel figures...Not to mention there are serious rumors that the Joker DX (Nicholson) and Keaton Bats will hit for Q1 2012 as well....I need those more than another Bale figure.

Perhaps by perpetuating the myth that it is a limited edition that needed to be ordered during a PPO time and keep people from their work, when clearly this is something that will be available for awhile. It's just more smoke and mirror crap from SSC's. I'd appreciate some honesty and less oh this is limited, we have a PPO time frame and the system basically crashes as they are not prepared and creating an unnecessary panick for an item that ain't going to sale out today.

No offense but unless you are new, you should be well aware this is the way SS always operated. They will change quantity status to extremely low with the orange bar or waitlist, just to create a sense of false urgency, or send emails with only 3 PIECES LEFT!! etc.. Then weeks later you see the same figure mysteriously back to normal order, and all the waitlist gets instantly filled.

Happened to many times, for example they sent an email saying only 2-3 pieces of gi joe dusty exclusive left. I figured what the hell i liked dusty from the cartoons as a kid and ordered one then posted on the forum, other ppl then ordered too. it's mysteriously back in stock in just 3 days (not even a low quantity indicator) and was sitting there forever for until finally gone just last week.

Dont believe anything sideshow says or displays on their website, only order the figure if you want it not because it's almost sold out.

sideshow switches the site over to this during PPOs. it's basically a 2 click process to order
