I swear I'm gonna buy three of these things - two backups just in case something happens to the primary. I love this batmobile THAT much.

Guess what is at SDCC?

Love how you don't mention the photographer... give the creditor his props... P!tu took that picture and posted it 30 minutes ago on FB.

My God. I'm blown away, Batmobile, Joker, Monger, Classic Pred, Luke Skywalker. I'm amazed by them all. I'm just preying they spread these out, I don't want to miss out on any of these.

Black suit Spiderman, that thing from Thor, the 'suit-up' Iron Man contraption, Avatar, Sucker punch......holy ___k. God help us all.

No Terminator stuff or Elias from Platoon but.....amazingly, right now I'm relieved.

There are going to be so many Hot Toys Tumblers on Ebay. Haha.

I disagree.
While the Burton Batmobile design is quite popular, it does not come from the quintessential Batman Movie Series ...which The Tumbler does.

Let me preface by stating that I'm a big fan of the two Burton films. Schumacher & Clooney almost destroyed the franchise.
I'm wondering if any of you Keaton lovers ever heard his interview following the second film. He pretty much stated how much of a joke the role (character) was, and besides the payday; he only did it for his son. Not the attitude I wanted to hear from the actor portraying a comic book icon. Bale on the other hand embraces the role, and IS the Batman.:lecture

Oh well, whether he liked it or not, he played one hell of a Batman. Stoic and iconic as hell.

Yeah I doubt well be seeing many tumblers for sale

Yeah, they're two different things.

Unless collectors only have enough room and/or money for one Batmobile. Then I might be able to see someone selling a Tumbler off to buy this '89 Batmobile.

We got to keep in mind though that there will probably be another Tumbler for the TDKR HT line. Sooooo.

Doesn't matter how much he embraces the character his portrayal is eh.....ok i suppose. Nothing special about it... well except his rediculous raspy voice. :lol

Okay, let's not get into the whole Bale vs. Keaton/Burton vs. Nolan/Tumbler vs. Batmobile/Nicholson vs. Ledger BS.

Batman Begins and The Dark Knight have had their time to shine when it comes to 1/6 and I've enjoyed the hell out of it but now it's '89s turn. Collectors have been waiting decades for this kind of stuff, and it's finally here.

This is the perfect time for this stuff too. I haven't bought anything in months. Nothing. I've pretty much stopped collecting all together. Now I'm jumping in head first. I have plenty of money saved again and it keeps on coming. I thought about canceling Hot Toys Reeve Superman and Spidey but I should be fine, no need for it.

Definitely going all out on Batman, The Joker and the Batmobile. The Begins OC Batman Bruce Wayne if I'm lucky too.

____ me, exciting times.

What was the cost on the tumbler? Do you think the price will be in line with that? Waiting to see the Batman as well.

I'm not a fan of the raspy voice either, but Nolan is, and it only makes sense to disguise your voice; Bruce Wayne being a public figure and all...
