I am floored by this Beijing set.
That is just from 5 minutes of examining.
Wait five months and see if the body is holding up . . .
What on Earth....................?! How the.............?! Wow!
Why you ? I was told I could send it back to get fixed/replaced. I don't think I should say much about how it got in that state, in case it effects me getting it fixed/replaced for freeWhat did you do man?!?!?!!???!!?!?!??!??!?!?
It was something else that caused this I might tell you guys the story after I get it fixed/replaced for free If it were the quality of the figure, I wouldn't be thinking about still buying a couple extra of these cool rubber bodiesThat's some $350 US worth of quality there!

Thank you all. Beijing set was worth every extra penny! Another thing I noticed about my Beijing set is that the BD suit's "Damage" was more pronounced (darker) including the footprint. Here is the comparison photo. One on the left is Beijing suit and right HK suit.
You might want to watch for this when changing clothes. I nicked the clean suit behind the knee cap area while trying to take it off. There were unpolished plastic mold bits on the knee joint and my suit got caught on it. I guess everything can't be perfect. Here is what I am talking about.
I clipped them with a nail clipper, and smoothen the area with a fine file, and it should no longer be a problem.
I tried to get a nice pose for BD head for past 2 hours, but I just couldn't get it right. I am too tired right now, and I am gonna go at it again tomorrow. Well, here is one for the road.

Larry, you can fix this right ?
This isn't a QC issue, it was caused by the collector
Try to bend any figure in a manner it isn't designed to and it will break
He's sending it back, so my guess would be no he cannot
Yeh, the old leg-out-of-the-socket trick was unlikely to make the QC list .
It appears most who got a BJ set did get a flawless figure whereas the HK sets have run into more issues. As for percentages tbh I pay more attention to the sets of the fans who've been in this thread conversation for awhile, not the randoms who pop in & out.But generally reports so far haven't been good. Especially the apparent discrepancy between the Beijing sets and the remainder. I haven't made a definitive list, so maybe I'm being a negative nancy about it - but it seems to me that the perfect/satisfactory : problems ratio is running at around 50:50. Is this about right d'y think? If that's the case it's not a reassuring ratio.
I think its too presumptuous to speculate that the Beijing Set has no QC issues or that its QC was tighter... they rolled out of the same production line after all, and the extras were crammed in the same box, and the only 'personalised' difference is a sticker mentioning 'BJ' after the edition number.
Lets say for every 100 there are around 30 QC errors then the chances of the regular edition increases right? for 2700 sets it becomes a staggering 810, whereas for limited 300 Beijing Edition it turns into a meager 90...
as for differences in paint app and everything... thats pretty normal... again by math Im sure some HK editions who got through the same painter got darker battle damage etc etc...
ALSO My set has reached my local post office... I hope the postman turns up soon with my set
