I just did a quick search on ebay to see if those damn Asian Flippers from HK are already selling it .

Yep, a few will get lucky and may still sell theirs for $500+... but they will drop like a stone once everyone becomes aware of the better alternative.

Same thing happened with a lot of custom Keaton Batman figures after HT announced the license. I was one of the people that jumped ship on that one

Poor bastards. Oh, well. That's the way the cookie crumbles with HT sometimes. I'm keeping my OC Bats, but picking up a couple of the new ones, as well.

Now, of course, this is just gonna feed into the fire of Predator fans who are chomping at the bit for updated "Elder" and "DX P1" figures.

How are these guys from asia flippers, when whoever you dropped an ass to pay for your existing OC bats was not a flipper. Or is he also a flipper. If your going to sell your OC bats to get funds to get the new so-called DX OC bats, are you not going to try to sell it for as high as you can?

Hell the first Begins figure dropped to around $50 only to shoot back up for some reason and it is a inferior figure.

They will still sell, though. Maybe not for $500+, but for a decent amount. That one Bats is already at $335 with 10 bids and 3 days left to go. Of course that particular auction went up before the announcement for the new Bats was made, so maybe that's why.

Maybe because the BB figure is actually a limited edition with a certificate of authenticity thats numbered ?

Daaaaaaaaaamn $150 those were the days , i came late to the collecting of Hot Toys game , my 1st figure was the DX Joker which i bought right at its release for $169.99

Original Begins Bats was very cheap at one point, as was the original Dark Knight costume Bats, now both are very high. Like EF says, I expect this will drop then go up again at some point.

Pretty funny. Though I'm thinking the original oc's will be worth a lot still, cause the new exclusive ones will be so rare and hard to get anyways.
