No.

5" Mattel, 7" DC Direct.

But both Mattel and DC are doing AC figures so the AA figures we have now will be the same size as their counterpart.

Mattel never did AA figures. Only AC.

I trust DC Direct's Harley will look less freakish than the Mattel one at that convention.

I think that maybe the DC Direct one. :(

I hope not, but I will probably stick with the AA Nurse version anyway and just get Catwoman and Two-Face from AC. I just want to integrate a few of them into my Rogues gallery.

The DC Direct Arkham City Harley Quinn figure was on display at C2E2 and, as the pics clearly show, the card states wave 1 is due for release in October 2011.
Apparently someone at the C2E2 DC Direct booth also confirmed this date, so it seems the Arkham City figures will be out around the same time as the game!! :rock
Hopefully this will mean we'll get preview pics very soon and find out who the rest of the line-up in the first wave is.

Gotta say I think thats one of the worst looking figures we've seen from the AA/AC line. It may just be the way she's posed but she looks really bulky and I'm really not feeling the way her hair is sculpted. I think the AA Harley is a far superior looking figure and just all around better represtation of the character.

This doesn't really feel like Harley to me, just a random female Joker goon.

It is definitely a bad pose. I really wanna go in there and fix that right arm especially.

I think she will be more "recognizable" once we've seen her in the game.

She looks better in those photos than the other one I saw of her but I still say her eyes look weird.
EDIT: I wonder how she got the exact same boots that she had in the first game only one is black now and they're high heels instead of platforms? What are the odds?

And about people complaining about Bane being out of scale, in Series 1 of AA Harley is definitely a little bigger than she's supposed to be. Her head is bigger than both Joker and Batman's, and she's as tall as Batman. I know she has platformed boots but in the game she is definitely not nearly as tall as him. She should be a little shorter than Joker but she towers over him and her hips and shoulders are very wide compared to her Puddin's. Yes, girls have big hips, but Harley never had thunder thighs and the girth of her upper legs are way thicker than Joker's. I think the small of her waist is about as big as Joker's entire midsection.

Anyway so that's my main complaint. I am very happy with the Batman and Joker I got, but they make Harley look a little beefy standing next to them.

Also, Mags, Batman isn't a pinhead. His head is same scale as Joker's, he just has a really muscular neck and broad shoulders. Whatta hunky piece of plastic. Mama like the groinal area. :D

Still think they made the head too small for the body... or if you insist the head is the right size: they made the body too big for the head.

Maybe it gives a different impression in-hand.

ahhh yes, you're quite possibly (and unfortunately) correct! - I've personaly never known a DC Direct wave be out on it's original date - but I'm hoping that with the huge success of the Arkham Asylum figues and the fact the game comes out that month (surely too good a marketing opurtunity to miss?) that DC Direct will push to get these out on schedule....

These figures made me reacquaint myself with AA by buying it again for PC via steam for $7.50. I don't mind SecurRom all that much, but it sure is a pain. I'm really digging the AC Harley figure, but as others have already said, the face needs to be altered a bit.

Next to beefy airheaded Harley his head does look too small, but with Joker he looks fine. Harley also makes Joker's head (and body) look way too small.

I know you have Harley so just stick with her. If you get Ivy maybe they'll do her a little off-scale too so they'll look okay together.

Even though I had a brain fart and mis-orderd the mat size (cutting off the bottom part of the poster) I think this came out neat. As soon as I find room I'll put all the figs under it.
