I ordered mine in July. I ordered the exclusive version. My order was myseriously canceled today. I love this website. I love to discuss figures and the like. But the actual Sideshow website is terrible. I have heard of these mysterious cancellings before. This is the first time it happened to me. I waited almost 9 months for nothing. I can't say I will never order from them again. But if I shall see their booth at comicon I will boo them to their face and complain to the people they send to the cons.. They have terrible customer service. Viking Playground, Forbidden Planet (NYC only), and all other internet retailers, welcome me in. I am handing my cash to you now.

Wow, you must not have dealt with SSC much. Their customer service is top notch. They have never, NEVER, failed to do their absolute best to fix any problem i have ever had.

If I were you I would pick up, oh, I dont know......The Phone. Give them a call, I am sure they can work something out.

Truth. Sideshow's customer service is amazingly good.


Now onto Yoda. Got the little guy today. He's the cat's meow. Color is super in hand and not as green as many of the pics make him out to be. Not as green at all. In fact in my detolf light he looks perfect.

Really, REALLY digging this guy.

Sideshow's service is second to none. Contact them to see what the issue was (is).

Was your card declined? Was there some missing information on your order?

Call and check it out before continuing on a rant that may make you end up looking foolish.

Don't think you'll find anyone in here prepared to join you on a "Sideshow service sucks!" campaign...some folks may have issues with some of the products...but not Sideshow's stellar service...

Let us know what happens after you contact them...

I'm interested in it, but from the dimensions it looks like it will be too small. I'd like to see it next to the Emperor's Throne and Jabba's Throne for comparison.
