EDIT: Craft knife is like an exacto knife? Do you have a pic?

Yeah, same kind of thing I think. As long as the knife is sharp and thin you should be fine. Just warmed the hat and pulled it back from the head as much as possible while cutting through the glue. It reached a point where I could pull on the hat and separate it from the remaining glue. It's quite well fixed on, but it made repainting much easier with the hat off.

I didn't have the guts to do that, and no spare sculpt, I still did a good repaint with the hat still on though.

Hmm, the Advanced TT has wide shoulders and a long neck and would make the head look too small. A Slim TT, Soldier Story S2 or maybe a TTL 3.0 would look better. If Kato's jacket is similar in size to the SSC jackets then you will get away with it on an S2.

If I'm looking to make a good TOD Indy custom, which HT Muscle body would be ideal? Dastan, Royce, Wolverine one? Im going to be using all SS rest of the stuff. Just needing a quality muscle body!

The dastan has some nice chest and arm hair. looks good for the TOD Indy!

This is the Medicom HS repainted by one HK artist ( sorry... I don't know him and unable to contact him at all)

It is proved that Medicom HS are actually good.

On the whole it does look good, however, the head looks way too small. The SSC KOTCS sculpt would work better. If you look at the pic behind him you can see the proportions of Harrison's head.

Yeah, Tin's repaints are superb, the close-ups look incredibly lifelike.

You have done a great job to what could have been a great sculpt if it was not for the wrong shaped eyes, weak jawline, and small chin.
However well done for making me see Harrison Ford in that sculpt.
I would love to see what you could do to the Sideshow Crystal Skull headsculpt
