Hasbro's “Larger than Life” AT-AT

Yeah, I figured. But no I am roaming member of the RaiderNation.

I really need to get my At At set up. I took it apart and put it in the box until I can give it a proper spot, getting anxious though. Tempted to one day get the snowspeeder from target and a dead Dax figure to add to the final set up.

Is taking it apart easy?

All easy but the front part, I couldn't do it so left it like that until I set it up again.

And does it fit back in the package with the front part assembled?

Yeah, but package is not flushed and it would be forced and you would definately need tape. That and the neck gets forced in a down position. I had to do it for transport reasons since I got it out of town and couldn't wait to open till I got home. I was afraid of wires or neck getting messed up. Guess i'll find out when I open again and set it up.

If you find someone who knows how to removed the front after initial attachment, I would recommend that first.

I stopped at Wal-Mart to find that the AT-AT was marked down to 49.00.

And I walked away from it even though I have never gotten one and wanted one (or at least I thought I did) right up until I was reaching down for the one they had left this morning.

I am sure we will see the BMF released again soon, next time i won't pass on it.

It is the best piece Hasbro has ever released IMO. I got it when it first came out...All $149 dollars of it. But it was worth it. I still marvel at it when I walk into my office.

I stopped at Wally World to pick up some groceries and scanned the AT AT just to see as it is still labeled at 99.99. Price Scanner came up $49.99 Appears that they are lowered in Texas now so if you don't have one, go!!!! I already have mine and can't afford another so I cried. but for those of you who still don't go to your local Wal Marts and price scan that sucker.

Just a note. Clearance prices at Wal-marts are completely up to the local manager. My local Wal-mart NEVER puts good clearance prices on items so I don't even check anymore.

That sucks. So you probably have power of the force figures still on the pegs then huh? LOL

It's weird how some stores will stick to their guns and leave old merchandise taking up space rather than just get rid of it and try to make some money out of it and make room for new merchandise.

The worst damn part is people buy it at like 10% off not knowing that other stores get around 50%.

My daughter is only 4 and she always comments about my Star Wars stuff, when other kids come over the first thing she tells them is, "those are da da's Star Wars toys, don't touch them alright!!!" When we go to the store she tells me lets go see girls toys and them we can go look at the boys toys for you, ok?
