Just a little freaky
Hey all. Had a question. Anyone noticed on the back of the wave 2 die casts packs that the grid limo pictured is blue but the one they sell is orange. Is there anything to that or just bad printing and not a variant of that die cast to come. Just curious?

Yep, I noticed that... I think the picture is the mistake because in the movie the limo is indeed orange...
Weird that they didn't fix it prior to release on the card though...

Not sure if anyone here lives in the Parma, Ohio area, but I just came back from Target on Ridge Rd, and picked up a Kevin Flynn Disc, and a Rinzler on sale for 11.99! The white Kevin Flynn disc is real cool!

I haven't played the game so I was thinking maybe there was a blue one in there, since they said they wanted to focus on the game for wave 3 figures.
Who knows, it would be great if SM would communicate but I guess they feel they're selling to kids not us.

Apart from the diecast stuff I think the quality of these figures is very poor. Badly molded, painted and sculpted.
I still bought a few. A bit disappointed, if they had been better I would have picked up the lot!

There are some cool cars in the User Plaza multiplayer map. I wouldn't mind seeing diecast of those. But I really want a solar sailor.

Nice gets kal el! I've got a sark and a tron plus some light cycles on the way.I found my original vintage TRON toys 2day. The cycle is missing the rip cord and the figure is missing the disk.

CLU's deluxe Lightcycle is pretty cool actually, there is a little more to it then what you hear when its on demo mode in the package. For some reason i love the design of this bike and even the Lightrunner, hell maybe more then the original Lightcycle design.
I might try and snag the Neca Sark and Tron figures off Ebay some day, i already have Flynn.
I loved the movie and all that was in it but these toys I should resist as I hope HT will make Clu and his lightcycle as well. Though I really doubt anything bigger will show up so I am grabbing all these mainly to have all vehicles even if it's a smaller scale.
Here is the 12" CLU I found 2day at Target.

I can't bring myself to buy the 12" ones though since they're the same as the 7" ones, just bigger and lights in the thighs.
Though I'm always tempted to buy them when I see them
