No I really don't think so.

It is not attached to the photo. If you view the whole pic from which I have zoomed in you can see a little spidey pic on the right side also. These are photo thumbnail icons on the desktop.

I agree. I think it is a picture of the figure from various angles. In fact I think I can see that in one of the pics (the one on the right) the figure is in the classic "arms on hips" pose.

i think so too, the red-orange in the right could probably be the cape, Remember that Chris Reeve costume didn't have a natural red it was a bit orange and in the middle it is Spidey.
My question is isn't Hot Toys reading this?? i mean do they know how much we want this guy? I think that by now the outfit suit are ready for display! Heck! Please HT give at least a teaser of the boots!!

I'm not 100% sure it's superman, but I'm willing to believe. and a tiny teaser like this WOULD be along the lings of the things that hot toys is known for.
as far as why no Full reveal yet, I STILL say it's because DC direct is making them wait untill after December the 10th.

IF on December the 11th we get full spec and pics, I'l take that as a conformation that my Hypothesis about the Matte superman was correct

Yep thats true, they will probably give Matty Supes some time in the Xmas market to make money, if HT release a pic or information about this figure probably fans will wait for HT

I've been saying that for months now, but when i do, people jump all over saying that makes no sense.

In mid Feb I'll have my Federal refund, so I hope it doesn't go on sale until about that time.

I doubt he will be shipping anytime before then.

Going to bet on it being the Truetype advance, as they billed it as their new superhero body when they used it on blade.

also, it looks REALLY good under spandex.... I need to post pictures of my batman.

Christopher Reeve was quite a bit taller than inmate number 43355-018 ummm, I mean Wesley Snipes.

I hope they can make this a taller HT body.
