Regular editions have shipped before exclusives for years. Not with every release, but its nothing new for regulars to show up before exc.

For some reason I never noticed. Then again I dont collect much SS, in a matter of fact from Sideshow I only collect Joes, and so far the Ex have come out before the regs.

Looks like they over painted his bottom lip by about 50-100 percent. What was merely not pretty before could now be complete derpage. At least you could hide Flint's Betty Boop hair under his beret.

Sorry devilof76, but they need to completely reevaluate how they paint their headsculpts.

DC's Flint pic made him look like garbage. In hand, it was another story. A lesson you could learn well from. Doubly so when comparing a high-res pic to a blown-up blurryassed background image pic.

:slap

How does it happen?

Showcase has an excuse because he's a 5 post n00b with an overblown cluelessness of about 50-100%...but I should know better.

EDIT: On second thought, Showcase has no excuse. I looked at that pic and saw pink where it didn't belong, and agreed that it looks like paint was in the wrong place. I know damn well that it's a useless pic, and that in hand, it probably looks completely different.

Anyone who comes into a thread using words like 'derp' (isn't that the sound Cartman made when he entered the Special Olympics?) to describe one of the most ingeniously expressive sculpts in all of 1:6 really has only one purpose, and that's to ____ in someone else's house.

Do you have an excuse Showcase? Or is it that obvious?

I've started looking at joined dates before reading posts. Trust me, it works wonders.

:lecture:lecture:lecture I'm guessing it'll happen every time there's a substantial Ex. The Clones with Ex stands seem to ship first, while Exs with headsculpts and up seem to ship afterward.

Makes sense. A second portrait is a lot more work than one.

What kills me is that in the spirit of not flying immediately off the handle, I give credit, and then make myself look like an ass for treating a run-of-the-mill SS basher as if they were being somewhat objective.

figure is looking good. i like how they camo'd the laser rifle even though i never use them. nice touch. looking foward to playing with that crossbow though.

____ happens. :lol

except that you know, this is toys and not safety or protecting livestock or whatever. :lol

I just think its funny how serious you sound at times when admonishing people over toys. no big deal though. :lol

Well, to be fair to Nam he does have good intentions I believe. Plus lets face it many more folks take their toys and what they say about them or any of the companies far more serious than what Nam might say.

Funny how you douchily single me out and not the dude who's chicken-littling a figure you're not even buying. :monkey1

No big deal though. :rolleyes::lol

dude................I don't even know what the other guy is talking about and I'm not douchily doing anything. my god, i was only teasing you about how serious you take this little 1/6th scale world and then you jump down my throat.

:lol take the stick out. have a good time here and for gods sake learn to take some of your own medicine or stop dissing it out when ever you read something you don't like. I was just having a little tease with you since I thought you liked that banter. guess you're too much of a pussay.

Toys are a serious business. We wouldn't be here if they weren't.

Heck, there are people laying down $1000 for Joker heads and $600 for clothes :monkey4

joker people are not real people. i think they are under hypnosis like the little kid in TOD and they should be burned with a torch and woken up.

I think they have no self-identity, much like the Crow screwballs of the 90's (some of whom I have no doubt merged into the "Why so serious" crowd). So they latch on to something they think is relevant only to find out it's not.
