Where did you hear this?

How long after release does Sideshow finally get it?

simple research....ebay sellers are now saying end of Nov and another Vendor (goodshipped) said the same thing...so by mid december or later you'll have it in hand

I love how beefy he looks!

The Mark 3 was a tad skinny & the legs looked pencil thin. I missed out Mark 3, so this will definitely be a purchase.

*Not exactly. This is Hot Toys' prototype that was on display at the Singapore edition of the Collartible Exhibition. The dude who owns the Fortress of Testicular Fortitude blog helped coordinate the event and got to pose and set up Hot Toys' showing. If you've ever been curious to see how Hot Toys' prototypes arrive at those shows, check out the unboxing photos of the IV and War Machine about 1/6th of the way down this page.

yeah, where is our tony stark head sculpt and doughnuts!
Seriously. This is ridiculous. If it is really due in a month, given that Hot Toys still hasn't released the prototype pics of the headsculpt, then that has me a bit worried about the headsculpt it is gonna get (if it gets anything at all).

Have they ever done this before with another figure?

they did it with BD mark III. Didn't show the head sculpt till it was pretty much out for retail.

Damn, this looks SO MUCH better than then MKIII and MKIII BD. What a great representation of Iron Man! I'm impressed on how much Hot Toys improved in so little time (same with the Predators figure, they changed a lot in such little time frame). I can only imagine what the figures will look like in the coming years!

I still cannot trust the pelvis soft plastic part about color fading.

Sorry guys, I have to spread the word.

I contacted OneSixthBruce about stock of the MK IV as it was showing OOS online. Had a mail back saying they had a cancellation and I could get it. No mail back for awhile as they have loads of messages and then, today I had the call and now I have him all ordered.

So I have to say excellent service from the guys. I was happy with just having a reply at first (most places don't bother) but a call and a chat is just outstanding.

Every buyer needs to have them bookmarked. :p
