I'm so sorry that it's difficult to explain, guys!

It's simple, but...I don't know how to word it. The picture you posted, Plasmid:

That basically shows what I mean. Can you get it like that, and then move the arm inward so the bicep is facing the side, with the encircled bit still facing down?

If you watch the gif, imagine it in reverse. Him bringing his arms in, not spreading them out, where the arm would be positioned.

It's so simple, but so difficult to explain.

EDIT: Success!

That. Not kneeling down or whatever, but his arms.

I don't have the figure yet, but it doesn't look like you can bring in the arms so that they are positioned in front of and perpendicularly to the chest while still keeping the forearm munitions positioned horizontally. The edge of the upper shoulders would press into the the torso, inhibiting the range of movement.

But you can extend his arms out to his sides while having the forearm guns horizontal, palms facing down so that he does his 'signature' gun pose (as you put it) -- just like in the pic I posted (OMG's photo) and the animate gif on the previous page.

It's a fair compromise.

I guess it's cancellation for me then. That's not something I'm prepared to accept. Hope all you guys like your War Machines!

Well, don't let me stop you from making your decision, but I have to say that perhaps you're being a bit rash and maybe a wee bit fickle?

Not even Don Cheadle could do what you're demanding of inside the real prop suit.

arc light is white not blue video and pics make it blue
trust me

I figured as much. That confirmation was more for the other members and not myself :D

i love how some geniuses jump to conclusions based on pics. white LED lights almost always appear blue in photos. that has been the case for so many previous hot toys pieces (eg: ALL iron man figs, the batpod, tumbler, etc). instead of doing their homework or asking members here first, they start ranting about how "inaccurate" the chest light is. :rolleyes2

having said that, the eyes are indeed a wee bit too red. but since i'll hardly have the lights on when i display mine, it won't be that big a deal...

:exactly: ..its crazy he is passing on the figure over such a small problem ..but i wish i was this picky sometimes, it would save me soooo much money:lol

Well Mast, I think your reason for not getting War Machine is pretty odd but it is your money and your decision.
I for one cannot wait till this bad boy is in my hands! Also retaane great video, hyped me up to get it even more! The red eyes looks okay in your video, but I'm not too concerned with the eyes because I won't be using the light up feature very much.

I will have to agree, it is going to be an awesome figure that will be proudly displayed in my collection. I may have to add a couple of decals to it, but can't wait to have it in hand!

it figures i check this thread every day and nothing, for months, then stop for a week and a half maybe, and he's out....

Do want though.

Ah got ya. I of course may tweak it from that idea. I always seem to do that. Go in with one idea and change it around. :lol

You got an idea where you get the acurate decals, mate?
Or do you have a side where you can upload images and get it sent as decals?

We have only seen these pictures so far

I found some pics by searching yahoo of the decals. So, I am designing the decals in one of my art programs on the computer. Some of the Navy decals are pretty simple to make and I plan on buying waterslide decal paper; that come in white or clear, sheets. Which I would have to buy white sheets, because printer ink can't printout white color. Once I get the figure and get the size of the decals right, then I don't have any problem helping people out. I just want to make sure it is going to look right on the figure itself, before I offer to do this. I ordered mine from Sideshow, so I will most likely be waiting a month for this to come in. I will post some pics when I get the decals designed on the computer, so you can see if you like what was designed. I should have some pics by next week.
