You should go in and instead of using 45s take like every 10lb. plate in the building and fill up the bar with em.

Leg press days are the worst, sometimes are 100% max out days, it will be 14-15 45's on each side (two pegs upper and bottom) but sometimes I have to do that in order to tap my legs out, my flexors are just stupid strong for what size my legs ought to be.

Tuesday is what leg day usually falls on and the girls will be lined up in front of the Zumba, Body Pump door ready to get in their class and I feel like no one minds their own whenever it comes to my sets. "It's not a show, please move along" I don't want all those eyes on me. :monkey3

Muscle milk is horse____. Look into On natural whey. Or a natural whey isolate. (stay away from stuff with artificial sweeteners, and JUNK, and go as natural as possible). Especially if you plan to use regularly.

I've been avoiding Muscle Milk for a couple years now. I read the ingredients once and there's a lot of sugar in it iirc. Here's another reason for me not to use/buy it.

Went to Disneyland yesterday and walked my tail off!!! Must of knocked out 10 miles easily with my 4 year old on my shoulders most of the time.

I think I will take today off as I am sore already.

I know how that feels (minus 4 y/o of course)

As for MuscleMilk, unless you are bulking I would recommend something lighter in the fat content, I think 50% is saturated hence why it taste so good.

okay decided to start lifting again since Ski and I are going to ROCK SDCC '11 to the core.

Not going for bulk though. I plan on just getting toned as I want to keep my running going.

Since Saturday...

5k run followed by shoulder workout
Skipped Sun and Mon
Tuesday 7.75k run followed by chest workout
This morning Bi workout

Will go running this afternoon once I am done with work. Going to try for 5k minimum

Honestly I have never used it. I know everybody is different but my two really good friends use the stuff and it seems to be doing the trick.:lol
They have the berry ice cream flavor and it tasted damn good. For the price though I'm not gonna complain. I usually spend $50 for just around 4lbs.
