Spidey's New Costume

This is the 616 Spidey. They also have some concept art of him in an updated Fantastic Four outfit. Slott had said that he wants to give Spidey more tech, since Peter Parker is a science nerd.

I always kind of wondered why that wasn't really explored more... Peter's good with tech and could feasibly make a lot more gadgets to make Spider-Man more effective and / or safer.

Then I see a costume like this and realize why they never really explored this too much.

none of the new Costumes (more than one) are permanent...he will be creating new suits to tackle different situations... ala batman...dont worry the classic suit isnt going anywhere.

Changing Costumes is ALL about the writers ego.
I stopped buying the books way back when they rebooted The Amazing Spider-man; by telling the stories that occurred in between the regular issues.

What a load of BUNK. Awful design PERIOD.

I've always been a fan of the Ben R. costume. Probably cause it is a classic look with a few different pattern and color schemes but pretty much the same.

Really they've changed Spidey's suit so many ____ing times that it doesn't even blip on my ____ing radar anymore. This suit will be there for a half a year max and then they'll be some sort of return of the red/blue event and then on to the next suit change. Its a played out attempt to boost sales.
