Huh!? Last time I watched Predator I didn't see any "lean mean killing machine". I saw a Predator that stayed invisible and sniped people off with a plasma cannon from the safety of the tree tops.

The fact that he is doing it from the tree tops and moving around in them with ease makes him that lean mean killing machine. Being invisible is part of his game/sport. He just loves his plasma cannon can you blame him?

And even hand to hand the first Predator remained cloaked. The only person we see him confront without his invisibility cloak is Arnold. And he loses that fight.

He really did not lose, Dutch just got lucky.

The first Predator was not a "lean mean killing machine". If he is, then so is every guy that hunts deer from the top of a tree with an automatic rifle.

I easily doubt a deer hunter could do almost the same damage to dutches team as the predator did.

Fine. He was half hunter half beeeeoch. He was a hunter when he stalked and went hand to hand combat. When he sat in a tree and waited he was just like every other person that calls themselfs hunters when they sit and wait for a defenseless deer to walk in front of their rifle.

You understood that the team was like deer. You failed to recognize that the Predator was like the hunter. You then said that a deer hunter could not defeat Dutch's team. True, but you did not transform the hunter into the Predator. The Predator could do the same damage a deer hunter could do to their respective prey.

The metaphor, or simile, is accurate. Dutch's team is like deer as The Predator is like deer hunter.

It's about the most inaccurate head sculpt they've done in a long, long while. The head as a whole should be much larger, and the mouth especially should be about twice as large as it is. A guy did a great photoshop of the actual head onto the figure in the other thread. The only part they really got right is the crown of the head.

You are right, how dare Hot Toys try to sell a figure so innacurate. I mean, if it was not for the title, I would have never known it was a Predator from the new movie. You also forgot to mention that he only had 19 dreads and that they are bent at 85 degree angles, yet Hot Toys puts 19.4 dreads and are bent at 86 degrees. Also, it looks nothing and has no likeness at all to the source material.

Man, Im tired of this stupid ass comments saying it is inaccurate. I won't buy the figure but that is just because I did not like the character enough in the movie, but I must admit it looks great. Eve the height is fine because they were supposed to be bigger than the normal Preds we all know. Just because the actors were not as tall as KPH does not mean the Berserker was not taller than the Classic. For those who have seen the movie know that. If you don't like it, get out of here and stop complaining.

I like this post a lot. I was laughing at the sarcasm. If only most people have that attitude, I admit, I had a few problems, but I did not _____ about them. I pointed them out and that was that.

Reading my post back to myself ,i see how what im saying looks stupid,my mistake ..i was under the impression he was making the predator out to be at the same level of skill as a regular huntsman,which i don't think he was really saying.. but i do see the predator as the hunter and the team as the deer ....but i don't know... could a pred take out a deer? ..deers are tough!

HELL NAW! Them deer are bad ass! They are tougher than Dutch....


But seriously, never hit a deer, they will ____ up the hood of your car...
