Depends on your kid. I have a four and a five year old, and my four year old was afraid of the Big Baby character to the point where she jumped off her seat, jumped in my lap and said "I wanna go home".

Big Baby was creepy as hell though.

It was so sad to see Big Baby before he was lost and then to see him at Sunnyside. It was like seeing Blaster from Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome without his helmet on. Just an innocent creature put astray by someone he trusted.

I saw a 3D showing yesterday with my wife and daughter. Another great Pixar film and a few more tears shed. How the hell do they keep doing that?

I thought the Night and Day short was pretty awesome as well.

One of the greatest moments for me was when my 6-year-old recognized Totoro.

The creepy Big Baby, the scary monkey, the incinerator scene, etc. were all a bit intense for my kids. They were grabbing their armrests tightly, but it was nothing they couldn't handle--and not too far beyond the scary toys at Sid's house in the first movie or Woody's nightmare in TS2. The movie just has a more serious tone and darker scenes than some people might be expecting. I know one kid (not mine) who was really freaked out by that monkey's eyes and wanted to go home ASAP.

Oh yeah. The monkey terrified me more than Big Baby - and trust me, Big Baby was scary!

I saw it twice this weekend and yeah that Monkey was creepy the first time I saw it, especially the eyes. Once I saw it again I was able to find the humor in it. The Monkey looked strung out like he had too much coffee.

I'm kinda glad they're going to keep the Toy Story gang in the short films. I don't want another movie because I felt this one ended the series perfectly, but I don't want them to go away completely either.

One of my favorite parts in the movie was when Woody said, "Yeah, even Bo." I felt so bad for him. I wonder what happened to her...

enjoyed it and on a personal note: if you haven't seen it you don't need to see it in 3D.

I thought this movie was a perfect way to wrap up the trilogy. This film really brought me back to being a kid again. I could imagine there might be a Toy Story 4 one day but the way this one ended it just seemed so final. Never say never though I guess especially with Disney. Going to check this movie out again this weekend with the wife maybe in 3-D this time. I like the color of the regular version better than 3-D films though so we'll see.

Saw it last night!!
It's amazing!!! Absolutely loved it!!
I think the best part of it, is that we can all relate to it.
We've all had to let go some toys.
When I moved out of my parents house, I left a ton of my toys to my nephew, and he's taken good care of them.

But I also left a lof of them in my closet.
I visited my parents this past week and brought a few of my old favorites with me...
!!

Saw it opening weekend, what a great way to end the trilogy. The ending was a huge punch in the gut. Ah, memories.

Just came back from seeing this with my daughter. Loved it. Truly a great movie.

The only thing that kind of bummed me out a little was that I really, really, really, really, really, really wanted:

I kind of thought that's where the movie was going, and was all set to get all choked up about it. Still an emotional and hilarious final chapter, even more amazing that they still haven't lost the magic 15 years running.

I can't decide if I actually like that or not. Part of me think it would be awesome and part of me doesn't like it so much. What I really wanted was

I also thought that we were heading towards some sort of big attic reunion with all the toys who had been put away over the years. Kind of like "toy heaven." That would have left room for a big reunion with Andy and/or his own kids in the future.
