It pretty much looks like the lightning just slides onto the whip

This is just awesome news for me. :yess: I want that suit so bad!. I don't know if those pictures are of the actual figure or a 3d mock up, but Rourke looks like the mandarin, hehe. :lol

Good find, but isn't the lighting a little off on those displays? It's like they're going out of their way to NOT light the heads on those figures....

I am looking forward to this figure. I love the iron man figures I have, but it will be nice to have a bad guy to add to the collection. This is so detailed. Love the tatoos. That is what I like about the blade figure.

This is really growing on me.

Providing you can remove the electricity or it does not look as yellow iin hand, I may have to get this guy.

Knowing the customizers especially the ones abroad I think its a guarantee that within a couple of weeks of release you'll see someone remove that lightning and actually give him light up whips...

I'm still hoping the final figure has mostly white lightning with blue highlights. That seems more accurate.

Great looking figure and a good character... but just not a figure I really want for my collection. I am considering the War Machine now though, really liked how he looked on screen.

Yeah I am not sure I will keep my order if the lightning effect is still yellow...it needs to be blue or white or a combo of blueish white.

I think it does need to be mostly white ..but no blue bits ..some hints of orange/yellow will work ..his whips are only blue for the final battle.

Does someone have any images available from the "Art of..." book? I'm trying to figure out what inspired Hot Toys to go with yellow for the whip lightening...

The other thing I'm wondering is...is the lightening firm enough to balance/hold the figure in some extreme action poses wielding those whips? Hope so...
