What's the most obscure Toy line from the 80's and 90's you can think of?

My favorite figures OF ALL TIMES were those Mego soldiers they released in the 80's. They only old them at Woolworth and Gaylords and they were all I wanted during that time.

Gotta love a store called Gaylords :lol

BTW, is that your collection of the Mego War Heroes? That is a whole lot of awesomeness right there :rock

GB, I wish that was my collection!

Gaylords had a awesomely horrible name but awesome toys! I got a V figure from there, a Blue Thunder helicoptor, electronic talking KITT and Cobra Commander from there!

oh and Toht!

I was always a fan of Children's Palace and Hills. Don't know if I ever saw a Gaylords, well the store variety at least :lol

Has anybody mentioned ROBOTECH yet? Even though the series was a success, the toy line never really took off. I remember going to KB Toys back in the mid 80's to pick up most of the action figures, a few of the vehicles, and all the diecast stuff released by Matchbox.

Being a huge Anime fan since the 80's, and loving both Macross and Genesis Climber Mospeada (The Invid War), I still own most of my ROBOTECH toys. The majority of them are boxed up, but I still have all my Matchbox Destroids and the SDF-1 on display in my office, and the Cyclone for the action figures...

Trying to find pics about a line I used to collect when I was a kid.This was a Ninja line, the figures were about 8 or 9'' tall and they had real clothes..their were 2 groups the good ones and the evil ones.The Evil ones were the coolest...The leader was a guy called ''Reaper'' and he had a skull for a face.There was also a robot, a werewolf and an insect -like evil guy.Anyone remember those? I think the toy line was called ''Ninja Warriors'' or something...

Oh my god!! You have given me the answer that my brain has been agonizing over for the past decade. I couldn't for the life of me remember what that show was called. I could picture one snippet of the intro to the cartoon (or maybe a commercial), and all I had to go on was that there was a purple(or black)/gold bad guy with a huge saw blade. I thought his name was "Buzz Saw" (it's Saw Boss) so I could never find it in google or YouTube. I specifically joined the site just to say thank you for putting those straining neurons in my brain to rest!

Cheers!

:yess::clap:goodpost:

EDIT: I just watched a video clip on YouTube. Wow what a cheesey looking show! I can't believe that had driven me nuts for so long!
