ok, so according to you, any issues people get for items that cost ONE HUNDRED and FIFTY to TWO HUNDRED EFFIN DOLLARS should just bend over and take it???
i want to know one thing guy, do you even have the damn thing? you either don't or you work for HT, OR you are really content with spending a lot of money for faulty items.
going by your sig, and your avatar, what if i were to say that rosa parks should've just shut up and stayed in the back of the bus. let's just say that the black community did NOT fight for their rights and just stayed silent cause i'm pretty certain during that time, the mentality wasn't "ok folks, rebates for all"

if there is a widespread issue that is NOT being handled properly, you can bet your ass that people are gonna complain, argue, and SUE until it's fixed. what's even more frustrating is that HT, a company that seemed to have no faults a few years ago, seems to not care too much about these problems and are hoping it would just die out. it's frustrating for the consumers because everytime they send out an email about these problems, they get an automated response. NOW, they're getting TWO automated responses. "looking into it" or "wipe it away"

So, because I am so impatient about getting my DX Batman to display with my Jokers, I broke down and bought this:
He's my first 1/6 Bats!!!
From what I've seen, he's quite an underrated figure. Capable of some very dynamic poses!

Maglor, that first shot is epic with that pose. You've made the cowl look seamless.
There's one thing that has always drove me nuts with the v1 TDK from long distance viewing... the plates were not grey enough causing this huge imbalance with just a grey chest only. Making the rest of the body look all black. So I made it like the DX prototype. That then brings out more details giving the figure a now fresh look. One of the top right plates, your left was worn away which lost the detail. So it needed some love anyway.

I really like the Tak Bats. I just want replacement boots, a bit of a buffer body, a seemless cowl, and maybe some better paint (not that the paint is bad)
and a better bale head would be nice, but that is asking too much, since not even hot toys stepped up and included a bale head with the dx

I scored him for $105 in the b/s/t forum.
The boots do look weird but they pose well and give him a nice firm base. And actually the cowl being split in 2 is the reason I chose the Takara over the medi or HT.
May not be "screen accurate" but gives great posing options. The stiff neck look of the OC was the reason I held off on a Begins Bats... that is until I discovered the Takara. And from a few feet away, you really can't see the neck seam.

Man, yours is all tore-back! I have mine with less oil on it than I do on my face! Seriously, I think there are variations of the amount of oil each person is experiencing. My only hope is that I don't experience any greater amount from this point onwards.

On the upside, I picked up some makeup sponges and sliced a very thin strip off of one and settled it between the armor in the ab area, where the two pieces overlapped. There's since been no build-up on the lower strips the belt is in contact with, and that was 6 hours ago. They used to take an hour to become coated.

That's the problem with wiping it away and trying not to strip the paint wiping it often, whatever the substance is, it's like and adhesive on the suit, it's not simply liquid sitting on the surface, you have to sort of scrape it away from the suit. I'm curious to know just what the end result is for people saying that dab it, because dabbing only removed small ammounts of it, the overall shine and darkening effect stayed until you wiped it down. The proplem I find too is when it shows up in those fine little lines and spaces between the armor plates, you can't even get in there really.
