Maybe, but just going off that article of them saying they will be different variations of the T-2 Terminators. Why would do a BD DX if they are making different versions, meaning seperate figs? Ofcourse $$ would be a good answer to that, but most likely their
T-1 line up will not be assorted as T-2 that have been mentioned. I would not be surprise if they only make 1 figure, DX T-1. But that's just me hoping.

Lol there's an edit button you know...

I'm probably one of the only ones who isn't very interested in having T1 figures.

Tech-noir or any version would be cool, we need T-1 figs, I don't think it will happen this year but I'm sure it will happen at some point.

But for now it's all but confirmed that we will be getting (according to Hong Kong store owners and Co):

1.) Clean T-800
2.) BD T-800
3.) Clean DX with 1990 FLSTF Fat Boy Harley.

We shall see.

My bank account isn't going to thank me but my shelves will be full of HT's goodness. Waiting for these figs since the movie came out.
NECA doesn't even come close, we need some first rate figs and will be getting them at last.

Where did you get this info re: DX with Harley? I think you're mistaken if you're referring to the Milk article.

Neca is not something to compare Hot Toys to.... but it seems alot of people do it. Neca is a low end collectible and Hot Toys are high end collectibles. Its not a fair comparison.

There's room for comparison between any company producing similar products to another, like say, I prefer the shape to the hair on the NECA figures to compared the Hot Toys. However, I don't really see how it can be said Hot Toys figures devalue NECA products, they're two different markets, NECA's never even claimed to make product trying to be at the level Hot Toys is. They both have their values. Now comparing Hot Toys' T-800 to Sideshow's and besting it or devaluing it is a little more fitting, they're both meant to be the same thing, a high end, collectible figure of Arnie as the T-800 from T2, and regardless of price ranges, the effort was towards the same thing.

Yeah, I must have missed that......not. Scracth out his #3 and put Endoskeleton. why would the do a clean dx when they made a regular clean already?? But I sense that's a whislist of his. Would be cool to have a bike though

Thing is, in theory the bike would be cool, but how many people would spend $250-$300 on it, as that's probably what it'd cost. And I really don't imagine if they did the Harley they'd pack a figure in and if they did, it'd be a bare bones repack like Ripley was with the Power Loader. PL Ripley was basically the regular Ripley with less stuff, and the Batpod and Tumbler didn't come with a figure at all. The PL wasn't even coming with Ripley at first until people complained because they didn't have the original Ripley as they were released a fair time apart.

I don't think he knows what he's talking about. Typical Newb. :lol Shouldn't make posts like "all but confirmed" like that. I'm sure we'll get a BD T 800 but beyond that it's pure speculation... e.g. whether they'll do a FB T 800 before following up with a DX. And a DX would most likely be a Combo Clean/BD figure.

HT does NOT include Vehicles with DX Figs last I heard. :lol

I simply can never resist - NECA are dead-on perfect for the kinds of figures that they are. Perhaps not your cup of tea regardless but for someone like me coming from a background of McFarlane figures the neca line is a dream come true. Its all good really. 2 companies being the best at what they do.

My preferred T1 version is the Tech noir look. I know the later police shootout version is more iconic but HT kinda already did that so even despite the fact it needs to be redone I'd rather see something never attempted before.
