Glenn says the molds for the Republic soldier are in two places, some with him some with another freak member, the idea is that between them they can vastly improve the molds and armor pieces.The helmet does exist apparently.They are getting together in the new year (guess who's making the refreshments)to push this forward.

here we go then , a xcombination of a cast sideshow helmet and the front section from a casted GG helmet , the two together (in my eyes) look more screen correct,

Headsculpt is an old alteration i made on the hasbro Jango bonce, from what ive seen the Sideshow upcoming cody doesnt have the crue cut hair that cody had on screen, nor (i think) did GG Cody bust either (????)

Helmet WIP

all the armor was first sprayed black with citadel 'chaos black'
then white, some maskol was randomly dabbed onto the back section before the white application.This once dired was rubbed away to give paint chipping , the front area was masked and airbrushed with thinned tamiya X-6 orange.Then as there better reference for the chest armor than the back, each scratch etc was done using a scalpel to expose the black underneath.

The headsculpt is terrible (at least the paintjob looks terrible in that one picture... his hair looks kinda like a blob IMO...) but the armor/helmet so far are

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!

Been waiting to see actual pics of the Cody Custom, but after a while it degenerated into begging for Clone Commando armor... (which is also awesome, but does not look like how they are in the game...)

Glad I could finally glimpse a few pics of it, wish I had more $$$ so I could buy more clones...

oh, and just 1 newb-ish question
how hard is it to get armor off SS clones? Only have a medi ATM, armor on the Medi doesn't seem to come off without dremeling... Are the SS clones the same or can their armor be removed without risking damage to it??

some more work done this guys just being as and when tho nearing completion now, I lost the elbow and knee armor,or the cats did,so had to rob them from my ss utapau clone.Reworked the head altering his hair and repainted him, head is interchageable with the helmet.

Amazing job Hurricane! That's a great technique on the armor, I'm going to have to give it a try on my next clone. I'm a big fan.
