Its perfect imo. This is the look they went for.

Is it just me or do the head to body proportions seem a bit weird? Great headsculpt though, perfect likeness.

great looking figure! i will definitely get it...though one negative thing i have to say is maybe cut back on the double chin a bit, thats the only thing thats making the whole face look a bit silly to me. it looks like he did something embarrassing and he's doing a bashful/mischievous smile. just IMO

but im still getting it!

I want it. :) I like the creepy grin. He needs a stogie between two fingers on an extra hand though.

I hope they make a Minutemen version of him too.

Dammit Hot Toys! I was trying to cut back, then you have to go and do this. Why do you guys have to be so awesome?

Yes and thanks for someone who finally not only focus on the headsculpt. Comedian should be much bulkier.

Having said that, this is just a prototype...... I hope and bet they will change the body soon.

Looks like a winner for HT! The only thing that's bugging me is the smile, but hopefully they'll tweak it and make it look better. Otherwise an amazing likeness. I hope it comes with a second HS, as well.

Awesome!

See, I like the DCD version. That's why I don't care if this comes with a Vietnam era head or not. I like all the stages of the Comedian and it would be cool to put this guy next to the DCD one, and if they put out a Minuteman version the three of them together.

I don't care for the Mr. Ed grin, but this is still an awesome figure.
I'm still waiting to see how many of these characters HT plans to make.

I would hate it if HT doesn't make the full Watchmen lineup.

I hope they're developing all of the characters concurrently, because if the gap in time between the Silk Spectre II reveal and the Comedian is any indication, this line could extend far into 2010, maybe the latter half.

His face,to me,has a life to it that does nt appear in the $2k Cinemaquette Superman statue.
