i don't have any HT batman, but judging from the size of the belt, can anybody tell whether HT using the short slim version body, modified, or else?
you guys can tell the proportion/height from the belt right?

nevermind, the height is 32 cm
but i don't know about the proportion (slim/modified)

He s going to be sitting in the Batmobile with the sonar eyes on.That is just fabulous.

Im a kid in a sweetshop with Hot Toys at the moment,gorging to my right are the three Iron Men,to my left Dutch and Predator,just arrived this morning.Work my ass off to get all these wonderful toys and days like today make it all worth it.Love em.Seriously.Rabid fan boy here.

Hey, I love the DX Bats and I'll probably wind up getting it....although I feel bad for those that purchased the V1 TDK Batman. I was pissed when they decided to update the V1 Joker especially for the money it costs to even add a Hot Toys fig to a collection. I can only imagine how those with the TDK V1 feels....

Although this may sound stupid (because HT's is a business first) they need to stop rushing into releasing the "first" product to ensure high sales. When they take their time they always deliver the best product.

Am I pissed? For some odd reason no. I should be but i'm not ................ I love BB's and TDK way too much to not want an army of these things.

as much as i love HT...i think if they continue this practice, with upgrading figures, so close to one another...i fear it'll bite them in the arse one day.

basically, what they need to do to keep their fans...go for broke on the first version, and not release updates all the time.

i'm still a sucker though, i will buy their stuff, upgrades and all...guess i'm just looking out for the best interest of both the company and it's fans.

Three(3) interchangeable unique faces captured the Batman classic facial expressions, which fit for both two functional heads

So this means the mouth pieces work in BOTH heads?! cause I think the Sonar head looks best with the mouth open


Also no glider wings And I was really hoping for a wired cape.

This is the best pic to highlight the chest diffence from the v1, personally. I know it is not a complete side on shot so there will be variances, but the distance the cowl protusion almost lining up with the chest depth shows some improvement.

Looks good! I only have "original costume" Bats, so I probably won't feel bad shelling out the money for this one. Be nice if they figured out a way to let him raise his arms, though. Still looks like he'll have limited arm movement based on these pics.

I just saw the new pics on the HT website. ZOMG!. I don't have any TDK figs from HT so I'm REALLY excited about the DX figs. I've got both the Joker and Batman preordered at BBTS.:chew

When the Batman DX was first announced I contemplated selling my V1 TDK Batman, but I think I'll be keeping it now so I can have the DX displayed with the backpack and sticky bomb gun and I can have the V1 displayed with Sonar head, cape, and I'll give him one of the new belts with accurate grapple gun holster.

I never got the original or new suit BM and any of the Jokers. I'm now considering these DX versions. Price is crazy high, though. We'll see.
