Adam Hughes' She-Hulk Comiquette

hmm, I don't really like the pose and the 80's hair, as someone mentioned earlier. can see what Hughes was going for (the [she]hulking out), but its a very meh statue, IMO.

It may just be me, but sometimes it's sexier when a woman is fully clothed rather than skanking it out... I mean, I find this much sexier than the AH! statue...

If I were to complain, maybe I was hoping for a little more purple. Possibly her shirt that's about to bust open.

her suit is a cool, dark grape color. ALMOST a gray, leaning towards purple.
At least, that's the color that Adam chose. I'm sure between the photography and how everyone's monitors are calibrated, its tough to tell.

Looks good! And I'm glad that it does, in fact, look bigger than the others. As Allison said, She-Hulk is hunched over and she's still the same size as the other statues. If she was upright, she'd have a few inches on them. It might not be as big as we'd hope for, but at least it does take into account the fact that Shulk is supposed to be more imposing.

Interesting pose which could have been better. It also looks to be out of scale but maybe that is just the photography. Have to see a close up of the face but I will say that while I have collected them all so far with the exception of Rogue non of them have come close to replicating Adams artwork in how he draws womens faces. Look at the DC cover girls which are at a much smaller scale but at least they look like Adams work.

You guys are hard..This is a totally awesome statue.The pose, the expression, the clothing, the attitude is all very reminiscent of the covers of her last comic book serie (wich is over now).I rarely buy non- Hulk statues anymore but this one is simply perfect.Cant wait to order her.

If it was closer to the Mike Mayhew artwork pose it would have been better IMO. I will probably still end up ordering it as I am sure the litho will be amazing.
