Re: sideshow snake eyes photo thread

They will replace it at no cost they did with my Boushh, but its a hassle nonetheless

Makes me want to double check mine for all the pieces

Re: sideshow snake eyes photo thread

i'd be pissed if i was missing that sword. it was the first piece i removed from the box. well after the figure itself of course.

they suck when they cant get it right the 1st time especially dropping $120+ shipping on a 12" dolly..for the money...it should be perfect!

Re: sideshow snake eyes photo thread

They're probably sending him a second modern sword just to watch his antics on the forum when he gets it. :D

they better not, if they want me to keep the rest of my orders and future orders

Re: sideshow snake eyes photo thread

Glad to hear you're getting it sorted Teemu... missing/broken accessories can be frustrating. But, Sideshow is generally very good about taking care of customers.

Re: sideshow snake eyes photo thread

Re: sideshow snake eyes photo thread

I received mine today, really cool figure except for the glue stains on his head where the visor was supossed to go, the right kneepad was unglued, and the body was so loose that he couldn't stand on his own, the legs and hips are loose, also I tried to switch his right hand but his forearm came off instead rippin his sleeve.

I was hoping not to do a body swap but I had no choice, he is on a true type now with some real lace boots.

here is a pic trying to emulate one of his proto pics:

here is another one fully geared:

I'll take more tomorrow, I need better lights. :emperor

Me too...even though the Uzi is more iconic for Snake Eyes. It might have to do with the way the pistol fits the hand better than the Uzi.

I have him pretty much all geared up now except for the ammo harness and hip pouches and in the same pose as before. I added some elastic bands to the wrist bands like they show on the packaging to help them stay on better as well.

The kneepads on mine are attached with Velcro.

Re: sideshow snake eyes photo thread

I think the visor would look perfect if it had one row less. So it would only have 3 rows instead of three. The number isn't the issue though, its just that I think the size of three rows would look better than the four.
