Isn't Aaron supposed to come back to the Island as well? I mean, he was born there and all. And remember that psychic telling Claire in season 1 that Aaron was so special? There has to be something more to that little 'prince' I think...

Well, I meant to say that Ben knew that Kate wouldn't want to go back to the island. If she didn't want to go back, then Aaron wouldn't go back either. If Ben somehow got Aaron away from Kate, then it would just be Kate that needed convincing to go back.

Question...

When Miles nose started bleeding and he had a conversation with Daniel about it, did Daniel said that people that have spent more time on the island would be effected first???

I could have sworn he said something along those lines. If he did that means that Charlotte and Miles have spent more time on the island than Julliette???

Maybe I was just hearing things...

Side Note: I called that the woman in the hotel was going to be Claires mom (because they showed her on the previously on...) I also called that Jin was on the board when they were showing him floating... and I called that Danielle would be back as soon as they showed us the can with the french word on it. Felt pretty good...

I bet Jin is REALLY CONFUSED right now.

Yes. Charlotte was likely born on the island, we've have various hints that suggest that, and Miles could be Dr. Marvin Candle's kid we saw in the cradle.

The guy attacking Said must be working for Widmore - Sun had one of those tranquilizer guns delivered to her and we know those two are together somehow. Looks like she'll try and shoot Ben...

This show keeps getting better! Never thought they'd actually pull it all off, but things really are coming together nicely!

So the katamarans should be fun. My guess is they are from Jack and the 6 when they return to the island since we know they'll be using that airline to get back. And now we know that Sawyer shot someone on the other katamaran, who of the 6 will he shoot? :google

Jin's gun was not a tranquilizer gun. It was a Glock pistol. Her intent is to kill not put to sleep... ;)

If the "other" catamaran was Jack and the rest of the Oceanic Six, why would they be shooting at Sawyer, Kate, Locke, etc.? They actually initiated the shooting.

When the time shift occurs we get the noise and flash of light just like happened when the plane crashed and when Locke didn't push the button. But it doesn't seem that there is a time shift when that happened. Right?

Actually when the button wasn't pushed it was a purple flash. This was referenced as a purple flash many times.

I don't remember if the first flash was white or purple though.

I must have missed something. How do we know the catamaran belongs to the Oceanic 6 and when was it referenced that they return to the Island on a flight?:confused: T

All of the early viral things were advertising the airline where the bottle of water was from. Since its not likely that a 2nd plane would crash on the island then it permits the 6 will need to still paddle, float there from where they crash.

I just put 1 and 1 together to come up with that.

Ahhh...Ok, I missed all the viral stuff! Thanks! :duff

According to what we have heard, the plane crashed because nobody pushed the button and the Gigantic magnet wasn't releasing it's energy and caused the plane to crash. That's much different then what is causing the flashes.

Just found this, I know it was hinted at when Daniel was wearing Dharma gear, but it looks like the losties left on the island join the Dharma Iniative

Thanks for the correction, now it makes sense. Two different phenomena. Now was there some reference to the time jumps occuring every 108 minutes? I think that's what confused me. And if there wasn't a reference to that then I have no clue where I got that from. :lol

Ben had the lawyer do that just to scare Kate so she would take Aaron and run away. That way she'd be more likely to listen to Jack when he said they had to go back.

Sawyer didn't shoot anyone, it was Juliet. Sawyer got a new paddle and then Juliet picked up the rifle and shot one of them on the boat behind them.

EDIT: ALSO, does anyone know if Season 1 and Season 2 will be getting a Blu-ray release anytime soon? Just wondering, if it is going to be a while then i'll just buy the first two seasons on DVD (only ~$30 each isn't too bad). But if they are coming out soon then i'd rather way.

My fiancee is re-watching Season 2 and came up with a few random tidbits, not sure if they've been discussed -

Sayid and Hurley are sitting on the beach checking out a radio the tailies had when suddenly it picks up a radio station - a DJ presents the Glenn Miller Orchestra performing Moonlight Serenade. Sayid says something like "It could be coming from anywhere." Hurley responds, after a pause, "or any time..." Long pause, "Just kidding." Then a lingering shot on Sayid where he's clearly mulling that over...

So hopefully we all remember Dave, Hurley's imaginary friend from the mental hospital. He's a bald white guy who is very similar to Hurley in his use of "dude" and his general attitude. The shocker at the end of that episode is that not only is Dave only visible to Hurley, but Libby is also a patient in the hospital -
Fast forward to the finale, when we see Desmond meet Libby and Libby offers Des her recently deceased husband's boat. His name? David. If they are the same person, then maybe Hurley has been seeing dead people long before he was playing chess with Mr. Eko. It also gives some reason to why Libby would be attracted to Hurley since he is very much like Dave.

Also of note - Mr. Ecko visits Charlotte in season 2. She's has recently drowned and come back to life. So I wouldn't worry about her nosebleeds too much. And her dad is the psychic who sent Claire to the island.
:confused::huh:lol

Thanks, YoNoSe- those are huge tidbits!

I don't remember Ecko visiting Charlotte. Can you remind me why?
And do you see that her father is Claire's psychic?
(I really want to re-watch that epi now!)

And that makes good sense regarding Dave n Hurley n Libby...

It's totally my fiancee, she's become the LOST Sherlock Holmes! I am just the humble Watson.

The Charlotte episode is #21 entitled "?". Eko is in Australia (still pretending to be Yemi) and is preparing to go to America when he is told by a superior that he must investigate a purported "miracle" - a girl drowning and coming back to life. He does not believe and meets the girl's parents- the psychic from Claire's flashbacks and a woman who looks exactly like what you'd imagine Charlotte's mother to look like - red hair, blue eyes.
In the final flashback he meets Charlotte. She is younger, played by a different actress.
After doing some internet searching...maybe this is coincidence? The psychic's last name is Malkin, not Lewis. Also they're Australian, and Charlotte is British. Weird, the mother looks like she could clearly be the current Charlotte's mother, and why use such a relatively uncommon name twice?
I have to think it's not a coincidence.
