yep, im guessing they have lost the others too, so they lost packages on the same day the size of a big estate car ??????????? The bas tards probaly never recived them and just billed us for the fun of it

Probably. Because I find it very hard to believe they lost a whole shipment of massive 100 pound boxes.
 
play.com just changed my accout to as if i have returned the item, and put the price off the new pre order as £0 , guy on the phone did say i would have to fill in a not recived form or i will get billed twice, but they have done it a diffrent way to loseing my indy PF, IF THEY BILL ME 2 TIMES ON THIS IM GONNA GO DOWN TO THERE OFFICE ON A DAY TRIP AND RIP OF THERE HEADS AND DO YOU KNOW WHAT DOWN THERE NECK

Raider , so your saying if i want my 1k refunded i've got to go through the 30days wait "item not received" bulls**t.

If the pred don't materialise by Monday measures will be taken indeed.
 
yes if you wanted just a refund you would have to mail off to belfast the not recived form and wait for them to investigate it. I STRONGLY RECOMEND YOU RING THEM NOW ! ! ! im gonna have to ring them again over how they changed my account to check im not billed twice but i need a cooling down period of a hour before i ring lol

"This is just beyond ridiculous, i want compensating, i spent a total of 4hrs ringing both play and parcel force yesterday each blaming the other. Play claim they dont get the tracking info until parcel force have collected the packages, parcel force are still adament they have not recieved them yet!

SO BASICALY THEY ARE NO WERE TO BE SEEN... DID THEY ACTUALLY GET THEM IN STOCK AT ALL ?????

they now cancled my 2nd order online and done nothing. so does that mean they plan on just keeping my 1k ??? lol now im pis sed to the top level now, im gonna have some ones ass over this at play
 
I can't believe what Play are doing to you raider...first the indy PF now this...did they ever plan on getting any CM Pred's at any point?!?!

Just called my self,got fobbed off have to wait 5 working days from dispatch.I will be speaking to a manager first thing Monday as this basically amounts to theft! They have taken money out my account for an item that they have not got to supply.They have then supplied me with a fraudulent tracking number that does not exist, which they have also issued to several people at exactly the same time!
I have never had issues with Play before but this is a large amount of money and the way it is being handled is ridiculous.If I havent got either the item I paid for or a full refund within 5 working days I will take this forward for legal advice.
There is no way I am waiting over 30 days for my money back!

lol 5 days, id of told him where to shove that, i been on the phone again and they tryed putting me through to the managers but they have gone home at 5 , i made the girl put a note on my account explaneing the fu ck up so when i ring tommrow i dont have to keep explaneing it and the manager can resolve it. if they still want to be a di ck about it, they can think again if they think im gonna wait 30 days for a refund

THIS WILL BE RESOLVED BY TOMMROW IF IT KILLS ME

lol i know, not haveing much luck lately, i would cancle every thing with them but FP.co.uk and .com are no better. Ill see how this pans out tommrow as i have over 2k on preorder with them, if they screw me its all getting cancled.

i dont blame you mate, i would of done the same thing if i was just ordering it, problem is your limited to where you can get it...... UK SUCKS

Yeah, I know what you mean, FP.com are the lesser of all of the evils...and thats not saying much! :monkey2
 
I wouldn't get too worked up yet. They are not going to lose such a big amount of large, valuable items. I am peed off but I know that the worst thing that will happen is I will be refunded in full.
Give it a couple of days and see what happens with the tracking number. Out of interest, can anybody tell me their tracking number? One thing that would make me worry is if we all have the same tracking number!
