There are people that actually said they can’t see Ian in this at all. Or it’s a downgrade from the proto….🤯🤯🤯

I wanna know their diet.

So I can avoid the foods they’re throwing down their gullet. CLEARLY it’s affecting their eye sight.
Judging by the negative reactions, I'm thoroughly convinced some collectors suffer from facial blindness

Thanks for the heads up on MAXNUT.

As for thus figure I'm trying to decide to go with the updated Asmus GTG sculpt, or maybe buy this sculpt when possible, or just buy the whole InArt figure. It's just a lot of money and I'm sure it's sold out everywhere and has a zillion dollars mark up.
If you were able to find and order the InArt at or around original price, that would be the way to go. If the TDK Joker is anything to go by, the haired sculpt will end up going for at or nearly the cost of the full figure. Just keep a look out at OSK to see when he outs his left over stock up on the website as ppl most likely start canceling their orders.

Wow that last video is amazing looks so real it’s kinda creepy, especially when he rotated the eyes lol. This is hands down the best Gandalf figure I’ve seen super realism there for sure. Everyone has their opinions which is ok… but this is hands down the best Gandalf to date.

While I do feel the InArt is better from my perspective, in some cases, the realism of something can get conflated with the likeness. I’ve seen some really great paint ups of some not-so 100% dead on sculpts where ppl will say “that’s the best sculpt I’ve ever seen of X character/actor” when really the sculpt itself is lacking. It’s really the paint apps doing the heavy lifting on a not so good sculpt.

Not saying that’s the case here (that’s up to the individual and ppl will like what they like), but it’s an observation I’ve made a lot, particularly in the custom world.

Obviously Ledger Joker is a massive challenge and people are very particular about him, but this figure had such a high degree of difficulty to him from a production standpoint that I’m kind of more impressed with the results on this one.

The rooted beard especially came out far better than I thought it would. Very awesome piece, and extremely exciting for LOTR fans. Congratulations to anyone picking him up.

Agreed. Makes me excited to see them tackle Dumbledore.

Everything else just looks like pure garbage in comparison!!

Yep! I’m in the same boat. Thankfully we’re hearing that InArt plans on making the entire fellowship of nine. I’ll eventually try selling my entire Asmus Fellowship collection, all 10 of them with the two Gandalfs.

I think it’ll actually be fun rebuilding my new InArt collection! Glass half full: I get to do it all over again.

Avoid them. People have been making a bunch of complaints about him and the website. I think they’re not doing business and shipping anything out anymore? They left the website up though to sucker people into dumping money into them.
I'm thinking something happened to this guy 💀 after hearing about him not even replying back with a shipping label to get his own statue back. Are new items still being adding to the website?

I'm really hoping that Pennywise is just bad futzing especially given how incredible Gandalf Is.

Their ability to root hair is beyond incredible both Gandalf and Pennywise sculpts look incredible! Love how life like Gandalf looks, especially given it's their 1st figure that isn't in makeup.

Excited to see where they go from here.

If I lift Gandalf's robe and see shriveled, wrinkly buttocks, then I will say InArt has captured the realism of the character. Otherwise, it is very close indeed.

Totally agree. I saw this figure as their real first challenge as it is a "skin-tone" figure. And boy did they blow it out of the park.

Nah, its gonna be easily $500+ with beard braided and hair done nicely and 5 axes and leather belt and leather harness and metal belt buckle and chain mail etc.
5 axes, huh? So if I got Giimli I would end up with 6 axes. The 5 from the Gimli set and the battle-axe I live with who would absolutely go nuts if she saw I paid $500+ for a dwarf.

Well, they need to create a dwarf sized body about 25 cm tall, so inbetween Hobbit (20cm) and Standard 1/6 size (30cm). I cant speak for your Battleaxe but my Actual Replica Battleaxe of Gimli from United Cutlery would welcome the Inart figure. :D

I cant see it happen under $500 but then again I dont mind it at all as Gimli is the only figure I am willing to buy even for up to $550-600. Now I hope ofc that it stays around $500. :D

At the same time you can show me a faceless Nazgul with a perfectly draping robe for $200-250-300-350, no price could tempt me to buy it.
Apples and Oranges.
Everyone has their Achilles heel I guess.

You guys might know more, I don’t care much for Joker and didn’t follow that release. I tried to find out if someone modded the base to make all the surface magnetized. It seems to be trickier than I thought…
